They failed to adhere to the contact to evict tenants that broke the rules over and over They allowed these tenants to wreck a property keep pets smoke drugs etc Neighbours were forced to call the police countless times Vizors did not tell the absentee landlords the half of it It was only when four neighbours sick to death of abuse by these disrespectful tenants had to call 999 and the police contacted Vizors were they forced to evict
This company do not have a duty of care for anyone They just took the money The landlords have now come back to find their property wrecked It needs every single wall door and window in need of repair to be made safe
The attitude of the staff just disgraceful We would not give them charge of a kennel to rent out Their lack of professionalism has left a nice area looking like a junk yard and a lot of neighbours upset by the lack of respect and bewildered as to why Vizors didn't think someone would whistleblow If estate agents don't respect the owners who give over their trust and stick to boundaries and rules then these bad tenants will walk all over everyone
