Great service, always giving advice on my repair and going that extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything. A stressful situation made easy by a great professional team , can't thank them enough .

Friendly staff were extremely helpful and supportive and kept me informed on progress of the repair.
In fact, the repair was finished earlier than forecast.

From the time I reported my accident to the time taken to appoint a repairer, have the car assessed, have a date for repair to the customer service I have received, I am totally satisfied with it all.

A smooth professional service, it was good to have a choice of approved garages! Good communication and speedy work.

LACK OF ASSISTANCE WITH APPROVED GARAGE

Through AVIVA insurance I was directed to Vizion Network (no choice). In turn I was made to deal with Abbey Coach Works Wembley.
NO paperwork provided continuously.
Shoddy sub standard work on 'repair'
Complaint incorrectly dealt with
Then a second complaint with further damage by Abbey Coach works. Rectifying damage without my authority or an independent assessor checking. Then agreeing to an assessor coming. Really distressing.
Being threatened by Abbey Coach works staff. attempting to make to sign paperwork to accept car without inspection.
So many issues including Abbey Coach works claiming for parts that were never replaced (fraud).

Hope full Dee (Team Leader at Vizion) can turn things around in which case I shall update here.

Car in for repair with Alton Cars a repair centre used through Vizion Network LTD, repair took a little longer than initially thought but worth the wait. Repair is faultless and car was valeted prior to pick up so looked immaculate, Lauren and Rachel at Alton Cars provided regular updates. Overall great experience

From start to finish, what could have been a stressful experience, was remarkably stress free.
Vizion initially made contact on the day I reported the incident to my insurers. I was given a choice of garages to use and an appointment was made for an inspection and estimate. The service was excellent. Great communication and friendly staff. The quality of the repair is first class! I really can't fault anything about the process.

When my car insurance recommended Steer to carry out repairs after my recent accident, I was honestly quite worried as I had never had to make a claim before. But from start to finish, the service I received from Steer Group was amazing.

From beginning to end vizion were very helpful. Easy to contact and found me an Audi approved repairer as the body shops automatically suggested for me as they were nearest to my address were not. It was really good to have that option available to me.
