My husband and I moved from our previous place that we rented which had Vivint and for a year+ they’ve still been charging us and we’ve called everyday they charged us to cancel the subscription and they always said “ok we’ll do that”. Next month would hit and bam there a $59 Vivint payment taken out. After 1 year and 2 months and $849 getting taken from us we finally got it cancelled. But get this we talked to the supervisor and they said “you never accepted the email to cancel your membership” so we check our emails and nothing from the company. So we tell her “we got nothing from our company and we want a refund.” Her response “Looks like someone here didn’t do their job correctly I’m sorry about that but we cannot give you a refund and legally we’re allowed to do that.” So because of their companies fault we’re out of $849 and they refuse to give us our money back for their mistakes. Really don’t suggest going with this company. Staff is terrible and they get all the money possible a

It so hard to cancel service with them
It so hard to cancel service with them. Taking me in circle after I cancel 2 months ago then say I never cancelled when I know I did because I never had access to app or system because I sold the home and made sure I paid. Then now I’m getting billed for a home I haven’t lived in since march after knowing I moved then tried to upsell me on equipment and then hound if the equipment was mine but it should be in the system that the equipment was preexisting. Had me transfer me to THREE different people to say the same thing to each one when it should be notes on file for the next person to see when we call. Will never pick them again.

Horrible customer service, doesn't stand behind their product, promised to come out for 2 years to fix 3 nonworking devices and was a no show all 4 times. Misleading on equipment cost and repair. Tried to charge after contract was canceled. Even told us they would see if they could "approve our cancelation ". Would not recommend this company to anyone!
