Amar came out to us yesterday to fix a split pipe on one of our raditors that had flooded our hallway. He was the consummate professional, understanding our problem straight away, getting it sorted for us quickly and efficiently.
Even explaining to us what he was doing as went along and double checking everything before he left to make sure we were happy. What a top man. Thank you. Lee and Becki.

Amar came out as an emergency as the en-suite shower was leaking through the ceiling below when the shower is being used. I had already had a plumber come out to reseal the unit, but it was still leaking.
Amar found that the pipework had come away from the drain and fixed it within a short time.
Very happy with this work and he cleared up afterwards.

Amar was the consummate professional
Courteous and considerate as he systematically and methodically checked out our lighting circuits which had tripped out the RCBO earlier today
He quickly identified the cause - a security light - isolated it and power was restored to all the other lights
Given all the lights are on one circuit employing borrowed neutrals upstairs we were very grateful at how quickly he fault traced the issue
Would recommend ASAP247 to any householder experiencing faults on their electrical installations

Was passed to these guys via home emergency cover and honestly they were brilliant. Aman Chaggar was knowledgeable, progressional and genuinely a really nice bloke. Able to sort the issue in around an hour or so and really put mind at ease. Called out to a total electrical failure at home which turned out to be an issue with 2 breakers which replaced with ease. Knowledgeable, helpful & trustworthy - Amar came following an emergency via the Insurers. He got on with the job and helped my elderly parents ti get their water running again & make the property safe. Parents had no support from the insurers prior ss they were left in limbo not knowing what was happening. We had home emergency on Friday as our toilet in the wet room was leaking. He found where it was leaking very quickly and talked us through what he would have to do. He was very professional and dealt with the leak in short space of time. He tidied up after him. I would recommend him and the company to anyone.
