Vivense product and services are very poor
I have been victim of a scam. Be very careful when buying from Vivense. I bought 2 chairs (about 900 euros) for my living room with a petrol colour (bright blue/green as per web site) and instead they arrived with a night blu almost black colour. Also, the product was damaged (I have photos). I paid for low quality, wrong, and damaged product. I’m now talking to them via their email service and they offered 200 euros as refund and I can keep the chairs (think now about the real costs of those chairs, I’m sure Vivense still make a profit out of this “offer”). This is not acceptable. It’s the wrong product due to wrong colour, and it’s damaged. I have a legal insurance and my German lawyer is ready to act if they don’t give me a full refund. And they have to pick up the chairs

Fantastic level of service and quality
Received all 3 items i ordered and i have to say incredible quality! I am extremely pleased with the customer service received i was always able to call and mg queries were resolved within 24 hours by email. Initially i placed the order and cancelled as i realised the dates of deleovery clashed with my holiday break dates there was no issues and a refund was processed immediately. i re ordered once i was back from holiday and received my items before scheduled delivery dates which was perfect. My items were 2 console tables and a large tv unit there was glass panels within the packaging all packed with care. overall the quality exceeded my expectation and my whole experience from start to finish has been fantastic. Will most definitely be ordering again.

The shelf I ordered had a very long shipping time, but I didn't mind waiting cause I knew it would have.
Unfortunately the quality could have been better. Some minor damages, some rust on the metal parts and a not quit fitting manual in Turkish. Over all I like the shelf, but keep in mind, that the quality might not be as excepted.

Where is my order?
Their customer service seems doesn't exist. They simply ignore your emails, and there's no phone number to contact. After numerous emails to find out what happened to my order, I only had general information, saying it is being shipped. Most of my emails are just being ignored.
The other item I ordered came with several quite visible defects.
This company is a scam. Would never recommend them to anyone.

my case:
I bought item Thanet Schirm, Bunt (LY3-831). based on its description it has 135cm height. I thought it has base or tripod. Nevertheless, when I received the item it was just a Schrim (38x38)without its lamp base. totally unsatisfied!

Got two couch tables which were impossible to assemble, poor quality, shaky and already damaged. Was offered a small compensation for a product I couldn't use. Strange. And no one is answering my complaints anymore.
Then tried to cancel delivery of a couch that was scheduled later. Had no success and couch arrived - awful quality and damaged. Asked for return and refund. No reply for two weeks already.
So you decide. As to me I would never buy anything from vivense.

Schlechte Qualität, schwere Montage, schlechte Anleitung, keine massgenaue Teile, nicht Stabil und langlebige Produkte, keine kostenfreie Retour. Lange Lieferzeiten. Finger weg von dieser Firma.

The design is great
The design is great. I loved the bookshelf that can transform and vary the width. (Samba modular bookshelf)
But the quality of the furniture is questionable. It could be much better, the price was not low. 189€ minus some discounts.

Recommend to buy sth else
Cable is not integrated in one leg, linke expected due to the pictures !
And black plastic part to grap lamp, is relatively low, so you see it if sitting von Couch.
Head is a little moving left to Wright like swing.
Drill Holmes could be Moore accurate
