Despite waiting for it for 3 months I immediately asked for return, but they simply started ghosting me.
Now this couch only upsets me when I see at it.

A very bad company
A very bad company! I bought a tv-lowboard in July 2023, I had to wait more than one months to receive it. When it came, the packaging and the product itself were damaged. For the return, I had to buy new material in order to package it again and then I had to bring it to the next gls post office. The company told me, I should not pay, but in the end I had to pay some money because the product was higher than one meter.
Till now I still have not received a refund. Since November I'm receiving emails from UK which informs me that the company does not exist anymore and for the refund I have to fill out a form, of course in English.
Don’t order anything
I ordered something online and after the order they told me it could at least take 6 weeks.. so i decided to cancel.. its been more than 3 months, 10 e mails and phone calls but they dont pay me back and are completly ignoring me.. be careful!

Literally the worst service ever. I ordered my sofa table and due to delivery issue they sent it back and I haven’t received my refund even after 5 months.
I sent at least 10 emails to their CS email address and by homepage and IG. They even blocked me to write DM on IG. I have never experienced such service. It’s my first time leaving a review here cuz this was the worst worst ever. You are a thief if you don’t send a product and get the money. As soon as I can file a case, I will cuz I wasted my time and energy for this company and hope there will be no other victim. Don’t buy.

I received a product with defects and was promised replacement parts, which never arrived. I've been writing multiple emails over several months, at first they were replying saying they will send the parts, but later stopped replying altogether.

Save yourself the headache and money! I ordered a bed, it arrived damaged and stayed outside my property for 4 weeks as they failed to arrange collection. Ordered in August 23‘ delivery was delayed and poor.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced! I had to arrange the collection with a company myself because Vivense were incapable! My refund of €600 was not returned even after requesting they pay over 10 times by email, so I went to my bank and made a claim against them under the VISA protection scheme. My bank have successfully recovered all of my money. This company should not be operating! Their communication is the worst! They are rude, unhelpful and failed to provide a basic level of service. Their response to any email was a cut and paste ‘be patient’ when I had been waiting for 3 months for my money to be returned! I have nothing positive to say about this company at all. It is my opinion that they keep your money and use it to float their own bank balance because they are clearly in trouble.
If you paid for your item by a visa debit or credit card and you haven’t received it or it’s damaged or doesn’t meet standards please please go and make a claim against this company today and get back everything you are due without having to suffer the customer service from this appalling disgusting company. Trading standards need to be aware of this company’s operating processes.

I have purchased a mirror in June 2023. The delivery was delayed and eventually arrived in September 2023. The package arrived in okay condition but the product's quality was terrible. I have reported the quality issue and asked for a free return and refund. The shop contacted GEL for pickup and the same deliver guy had picked it up without leaving any receipt.
After 3 months' communication, the shop still didn't comfirm my return and my bill with Klarna expired and went forward to a dept collection company COEO Inkasso. The original purchase was 95 EUR and I am facing now a fine of 154 EUR altogether. I have kept writing to Vivense but no more reply. This is a 150-EUR-lesson that STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
Delayed and Damaged Delivery, Difficult Return Process, and Still No Refund
The product was delivered a month after the expected delivery date and arrived damaged. I had a lot of trouble returning it. My other product has not been delivered for over two months. I tried to return it, but it was not accepted. Later, the return was accepted, but a refund has still not been made, even though it's been two months now. (The mentioned dates are approximate.)

Wenn ich den Kundenservice anschreibe, bekomme ich nur automatische Antworten. Offensichtlich gibt es bei allen ihren Verkäufen Probleme, aber die Website nimmt weiterhin aktiv Bestellungen entgegen. Damit niemand geschädigt wird, bitte ich darum, keinen Einkauf zu tätigen.

Please don’t order here- I ordered some pieces from here and when I checked after some weeks it said that the order had been cancelled- I was never even informed about that, but okay nevertheless I still haven’t received my refund after almost 2 months and they respond my email saying we’re going to do our best.. this is your best?!?!?!! I’m going to try one more time with an email and if the refund doesn’t land in my account, I am so pulling my lawyer here and I don’t care. Cheers

We are still waiting for our money back 3 months after returning the bar stools. Do not use them, do not use them. Products look nice on the website, quality was terrible. Note there is no phone number or comments open on Instagram (which is not a reputable way to do business ) because they know there’d be way too many complaints to handle**6/9/23 the below message also came to nothing - still no contact or money back

I ordered a chest of drawers which arrived in a chaotic, dirty and damaged condition. In addition, the feet for the cupboard were from a completely different model and broken. On contacting the company, I was told the model I wanted was no longer available so the correct feet could not be sent and that no partial refund ( 30 euros was requested) was available to purchase the correct feet myself. The only offer that was made was that I disassemble the already constructed cupboard and send it back at my cost. This a firm that operates on a quick profit for poor quality goods policy and has no interest in working correctly or to customer compromise or satisfaction. Stay away from this questionable operation. Other companies offer better quality at better prices. Save yourself the disrespect and headache. Just read the reviews to find more than 50% of customers have had a terrible experience!
ADDITION: a week later after the "cut and paste" reply to my review, and no email, no contact, nothing from this horrible, untrustworthy, cheating firm. DO NOT TRUST this firm and DEFINITELY DO NOT ORDER FROM IT.
UPDATE: After further pointless and ignorant emails from this company, they have decided to ingnore German and European consumer law and not provide a discount or refund for incorrectly supplied and broken products. Instead of refunding the requested 30 euros, they insist on me sending the furniture back at my own cost. A company that is comfortable working outside the law is not one to order from!

Worst online shopping of my life
I ordered a table and a TV stand.
The TV stand arrived to a wrong address, as compensation they gave me a 30 euro voucher which does not even work (anyway I'll never buy again from them).
The table arrived damaged, so I ask to replace it, however they said I I would have to wait 6 weeks, so I ask for s refund. I had two wait 2 weeks to pick up the table (after many reminders). After that, they said I had to wait 2-14 working day to receive the refund. Now it's been over one and an half month and I still haven't received the money. They keep saying that they will refund me, pretending there is an issue with my bank (which I have contacted and they said nobody tried to transfer me any money). Now my patience is over and I'll have to go to the customer support office. My only advice is to avoid this company, it's taking me energy and time to have something that is my right to get and their customers support is just lying every time I contact them

Complicated Delivery
Delivery of 3 articles lead to 1 artical missing, 1 wrongly delivered article, 1 article which wasn't as shown in the pictures.
One table delivered was nice. Still waiting for the last article to arrive (4-5 weeks). Service was very helpful though
