I had a great experience with Vivarent car rental company. Everything was smooth, fast, and well-organized from start to finish. A special thanks to Giorgio, who was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the rental.

The car was in excellent condition, clean, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were quick and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even better.

I have paid all the insurances before and they charge my once again 92 euros

Nice friendly staff, the car wasn't the one I booked but was ok, had to take a lot of photos as there were quite a few bumps and scrapes on it on pick-up. A bit of a walk to the actual garage from the office. The paperwork took a while to complete but everything went smoothly.

Won't even touch on the additional insurance I had to pay on top of the full insurance from the original booking. This is nowadays normal. 🤪. However, I booked a WV Tiguan 2025 and got Peugeot 3008 2022 with the justification they are the "same class" which is a nonsense. The Tiguan was on the parking, but booked for somebody else?! The car was extremely dirty. No apple car play connectivity. Was politely given a phone stand for my convenience! Tank was full at 75%, and I returned at 90%. It is normal to have full-full policy, as if tank is below you pay extra. If fuel is more, then you get a thankful smile. No spare tyre nor accessories, which increases the risk to travel with kids. Second star was only because the guy at the rental center was transparent and somehow nice and understanding.

Worst experience of my life! They delivered the car completely scratched and when we returned it, they charged us for the damage that was already on the vehicle! They didn't have clear photos to prove that the damage was ours, and yet they still charged us! Dirty office, totally unprepared attendant. Run away from this company!

It was very smooth, we did everything thru WhatsApp, even contract signing.

The Team and especially the Teamleader in Brindisi are very good. Professional, you can chat and are in good hands. The Car (VW Tiago with ACC and Automatic) was perfect for our trip through salento.
I would rent here again next time.

A very pleasant young man met us at vivarent in Florence to go over our rental agreement & car. In the first hour of in our rental as we were driving on a fairly quiet road near Greve in Chianti a man trying to scam motorists threw an object striking & damaging the car. We called the vivarent office & man we had dealt with ( sorry never got your name) and he gave us good instruction on how to proceed & also put our minds at rest to enjoy the rest of our week with the car. As I used a third party to rent & for insurance, I needed paperwork for the cost of repair & vivarent produced it quickly. They were most helpful & kind. Thank you
