Picking up the car was quick
Picking up the car was quick, just hard to find the location. Joseph at the front desk was very kind. The car was clean. Smooth ride. Returning the car was quick. Easy to find the location at the airport.

Car looked like a bumper car.
Hired a car that was in very poor condition, lots of scratches and dents.The back bumper was actually sellotaped to the car! It was the only automatic car they had available, I had to take it or be without a car.
The customer service were nice and investigated the issue when I returned home.
They concluded that they couldn't do anything in terms of refund as the car was returned very damaged by the previous customer.
The staff were very nice but I won't recommend or use this company as the vehicle was in a terrible state.

Flight was late
Flight was late, car got canceled, we had paid in advance and did not get the money back. Had to rent a new car. And they deliberately filled in the wrong return time.. 3 hours too early. I didn’t realize because I had my sick child in my arms when signing the document. Bad company, do not recommend!!
Also car we ended up with was a diesel hybrid, they told us it was regular gas.. almost filled it up with regular gas..

We would like to clarify a few points to ensure greater transparency:
- Your booking was made through the broker USAVE, which directly handles both payments and refund policies. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds directly, but we recommend reaching out to USAVE for any refund-related inquiries.
- Your reservation specified a vehicle pick-up time of 3:00 PM. As no flight number was provided during the booking process and no notification of your delay was sent to our offices, the one-hour tolerance window established by the broker had unfortunately expired by the time you arrived at 6:00 PM. Despite this, we made every effort to accommodate you by assigning an available vehicle, even during a high-demand period such as December 27th.
- The vehicle provided, a Peugeot 2008 automatic, was of a higher category than the one initially booked, offering you added comfort and features. Regarding the fuel type, we regret any confusion and wish to clarify that the correct fuel type is always indicated on a label inside the fuel cap door. However, we will take steps to ensure even clearer communication on this matter in the future.
We sincerely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our processes and deliver an even better service experience. Should you require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we remain at your full disposal.

The whole experience was great
The whole experience was great! I spoke with the company rep. before renting the car, he helped me choosing the right car for me, with care and kindness altough I have made the reservation with DiscoverCars.com.. and when I reached the company desk they did not try to force me to purchase any additional unnecessary insurance like many companies do. The car itself was great, new and clean, just as expected. During our trip I have experienced a small issue with the car and got an immediate response and direct help from Vivarent. It felt like I am fully covered and treated with personal care. I must mention their representative Fadi, and want to thank him personally from stsrt to end. I truly recommend Vivarent at Rome Fiumicino Airport.
