After they take your money they dont want to help you. I emailed multiple times with no answer back. We named them shitty vitty

Matteo was slow to respond to my emails and some questions I had were never answered. Had to give him my address multiple times as he either didnt write it down or saved it to the system. I ordered the parts in September and didnt ge them for 4 months. Horrible customer service

I have purchased quite a few items from Vitty’s
In the past year. The quality supersedes any other company in the industry. The packaging and presentation is well executed. Very happy with the product and customer service.

I ordered foot boards, passenger boards, mx boards for highway pegs, turn signal mounts and crash bar s1 light mounts. I ordered everything in bronze except the crash bar mounts which I ordered raw because at the time those mounts were not a bronze option. I emailed Matteo a month later inquiring about my order. I received an immediate response from him telling me my order will be ready in one more week. 1 week went by and I received another email saying my order was ready to ship and that he also had the crash bar Clamps in bronze if I wanted them. I said yes and he shipped the whole order with no extra charge..!! I received my order in one box containing separate very nice boxes for each pair of parts. The whole order was packed very neatly and securely. It did look like customs opened it but nothing looked disturbed. I've mounted everything on my bike and it all looks BEAUTIFUL..!! The craftsmanship and details are AMAZING..!! I did however lose a set screw (didn't use loctite, my fault) and I am having trouble finding another one. I have emailed Matteo and again received an immediate response and he is helping me get another one. Great customer service, great products..!!

My floor boards came in damaged. I sent pictures to the owner and he did not suggest anything to rectify the issue. Will not be doing business with him again. I have also posted in a all the road glide groups that I am in showing the damage. To spend close to a 1k on floor boards to have the anodized finish scratched up by loose bolts and mounting blocks from poor packaging is ridiculous.

Very nice mirrors, I would have liked them just a tad bigger but very good quality.

Communication was a little tough but loved my parts and look awesome on the bike. Will order a few more for sure to complete my look

response to email is very bad. had questions about order and did not receive a response for over a week with a apology. then order a set of mirrors needing to return and I still have not received a email regarding this request (over 3 weeks).

Not good I communicating now is your website good at letting people know what your parts are good for like what pegs are good for what kind of bike confusing not very happy with the quality either thought it was going to be much better being made in Italy
