We booked Vito’s taxi’s for 5 of us going to Liverpool airport and were not disappointed. Tom was our driver both going and returning home and was very chatty and friendly also having bottled water for both journeys. I would definitely use this firm again and would recommend to anyone. We were travelling from Belfast to liverpool for a hen party and we booked this taxi to take us from the Liverpool airport to the hotel. Tom and Michael arrived to the airport and greeted us all, took all our luggage and loaded it all into the taxis with no fuss, handed out a bottle of water to everyone which was very welcome after the flight journey, taxi was so clean and had air conditioning. They lifted us at the hotel again and brought us back to the airport 2 days later. No follow up calls or reminders were needed. They arrived early to pick us up, came into the hotel lobby to carry all our bags out and again water for the journey and a brilliant service. Very keenly priced and we had booked it all by phone from ireland. Will definitely be booking this taxi again and recommending it to others. Keep up the good work lads.

A credit to Tom and Michael, such a brilliant taxi service and so kind and caring to their passengers. Would defiantly recommend. Next time I am in Liverpool I will defiantly use them again 😊

Brilliant service. I had a bit of a last minute need for transport and even though third parties were making me wait to confirm details with Tom, he made the communication very easy and he was really understanding. He showed up early and communicated the whole time when he was leaving and expected arrival time. He helped me as well with what I was carrying which I really appreciated. I would also like to comment on the driving as I think it is important, as someone who has been in a car accident I really appreciate careful and quality driving and I definitely felt safe during the ride. Overall very good service and reliable so would deifnitely consider booking again.

Highly recommend this taxi company. My car driver arrived early with a bottle of water in hand for me to drink on the journey! I was travelling from Liverpool to Manchester alone, late at night and I felt extremely safe. I will definitely be using this company again. Thank you!

We used Vito for the second time upon our return from our vacation and it was all as expected once again. All of the communication was done via business WhatsApp. Tom responds to requests super fast and we knew 100 percent that he would be there for us, as promised. We will only ever use Vito taxis in the future now. Thanks again Tom!
