Well, it took a month and 2 days to deliver from the UK to South Carolina, USA, but in my experience ordering thousands of products over the last fifteen years from all over the world, this is not unusual. I sent 2 emails and received a response within 2 days. I was able to track my order from the UK to delivery. I'm delighted to have my favorite products! Hooray!

Terrible company. Took payment, didn't have the product. Wouldn't refund. Chased and chased. Ignore my requests for refund. Eventually tried to say they'd shipped (two weeks late) but I filed a refund with Paypal and got my money back that way.

Zero stars! SCAM! Tell the world! Why does Google even have them on their website?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I thankfully got my refund only after numerous emails and finally threatening to report them to trading standards - that threat got me my refund. They do not have the items listed on the website and just take your money. I really don’t know how this business is still listed

This company lies. They tell you they’ve despatched the item when they clearly haven’t. I ordered some vitamins and was told they were despatched on 29th of December. I got a notification today from Royal Mail that they received the item today, 14th of January and as it is one of their tracked 24 items I know, because I work for them that it gets delivered within 24hrs. Will never use them again!!!!

I am not sure what this company’s model is but they seem to try and sell things they don’t have. It took me over 3 weeks to get a refund and numerous emails. I eventually threatened them with ‘the small claims court’ and bingo I received my refund within 24 hrs. Might have been a coincidence but am finally happy.

Placed an order, when hasn't arrived after a week I asked where does it stand and I found out there is a delay since they dont have the product in stock. I then asked for a full refund and three days later, I am still chasing this refund to be completed.

I will never use them again and hope you will be wise enough to do the same.

24 days and 19 emails later…. I finally received the item. Obviously it didn’t arrive in time for Christmas…
Communication was really poor and elusive… they kept moving the due date, all in an approximate English.
All in all a frustrating experience, will not use again.

I have had a good experience with this business. I had an enquiry via telephone which resolved my concerns and gave me confidence . I received my order promptly next day with their help.

I ordered an item online on 15th November 2025 and I am STILL waiting today (8th January 2026). The standard responses to my numerous emails have been that it is either "on its way" or "with you next week". The delivery has not materialised. They even changed the original order saying that my original item was not available in that quantity (so why did the website allow me to order it then?) and my order needed to show a larger quantity. This cost more and so I, stupidly, sent the additional payment by direct bank payment. Surprise surprise! This larger order has STILL not arrived. I have given them every chance to send this. There has been no communication from them except short responses to my emails citing the same thing. "On it's way", "With you next week"...... There has been not ONE apology. My last email (a week ago) demanded that my order be cancelled and I except to receive an immediate refund. Standard email reply again came back "with you by end of the week". And so, 8 days later, no delivery and no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT MUST BE A SCAM!!!!!! As to whether I get the order or refund? The wait continues...........

Item never arrived. Refund not received. AVOID THIS SELLER!!

Ordered something over 3 weeks ago, chased via email and the response was 'order due midweek please'.

It's looking unlikely that I'll receive the order and if not then I'll report to trading standards.

Ordered via a different website/company (Rackhams), who then subcontracted these cowboys to fulfil the order. Waited for weeks and nothing arrived, now chasing for refund. Go and buy elsewhere, don't waste your time and money.

Don’t buy from this company, I ordered some clarins and it never arrived and now I’m chasing a refund with no joy!! Not a serious company

I wouldn’t recommend buying from this site . It’s a scam and it’s Scientology owned which isn’t a good sign . I made an order last year and they said that it was delivered and never arrived . I made an order 2 days ago and they said they’d ship the item and never did ! They just lie . Do not buy from them it’s not worth the headache

Really bad customer service, very poor communication, delivery took about 3-4 weeks.

Order was lost in the system at first. It was purchased through Rackhams who gave me Vitamins UK contact details. Once contacted the transaction was quickly resolved, the original was out of stock but they offered me a more than suitable replacement.

The products are great. I had some issues with my order where I had to push a bit in order to get them resolved but in the end they helped me and I received the products.

Fraud - DO NOT USE

I think this a scam company. They took my money but had still failed to deliver after weeks and weeks of chasing. They still haven’t refunded me despite multiple promises. Am going to report to my bank.

DO NOT USE THEY DONT SEND YOUR ORDER. IAM WAITING TO DO A CHARGEBACK
