Absolutely awful company. Paid for a product via their website, received something different. They refused to pay for return postage and it has taken 55 emails and nearly two months to get all of my money returned. Would give them 0 stars if this was possible. Avoid at all costs, they are a bunch of fraudulent trainers with no customer service at all.

Easy website to navigate, perishable products delivered in excellent condition. Fast delivery from shipment day. Took a little longer than expected to ship but when I wrote to customer service they answered immediately and shipped the products quickly and professionally. Received updates from customer service when requested.

Unfortunately I saw these reviews only after two very sketchy emails raised my suspicions. I can only confirm their scam tactics, they get the order and never send it using delay tactics. I asked multiple times for a tracking number that I never received. In the end I requested a refund via PayPal. Obviously never again

Placed an order and then radio silence. My heart sank when I checked the online reviews. Thought I'd been scammed. However, after chasing the order it arrived, but almost two weeks after paying. Not ideal!

Waited for the product to arrive. Requested refund still no response. Should have read the reviews before ordering.

Avoid like the plague.
3 weeks for 1 item to arrive. No tracking sent until I asked for it, and then it hadn’t even been dispatched. Customer service awful! No apology for the delay. When asked what they intended to do I was told I’d get free samples on next order. Unlikely as I will NEVER use this company again. Appalling!

I ordered Joop Go on February 4th, it's now the 20th and it's not arrived. Unimpressed.

This company is very sketchy. A family member has been waiting for over two months for a product. A representative is responsive but didn’t fulfill the order. I’m awaiting to hear whether a refund will be given. Don’t do business with this company.

It's taken 5 weeks to send 3 items (item 3 still not arrived) and they just reply to my emails with "Apologies will get this sent out next week" but they don't.

After a week delay I got my order received today. The customer service is not bad at all, replying to all my emails quickly. Got a great price for my parfume. I will go back definitely.

I should have been more diligent & read the reviews, as l too have been waiting 21 days with similar response. Emails from the company director to apologise for the delay mean squat.
I have given this company an ultimatum to cancel my order & refund my purchase within 24 hours.
If this does not eventuate, l have access to a legal team in London & will commence legal proceedings to recover my money.

Ordered online and never received my order, emailed to complain only to be lied to and told I should expect it soon, but noting arrived 2 weeks after ordering. Do not order from this company. Now requesting a refund.

Weeks after putting in my order, and emails saying they're still planning on delivering, nothing has arrived. Had to go to my credit card company to get a refund in the end.

Did not deliver my order. Several emails back and forth for 6 weeks. Delay tactics, lies. Still no refund.

Scam company. Never delivered my order placed on 12 October 2025. I honestly believe the items I ordered have never been available. Delay tactics and lies. Firstly items out of stock. Then when I chased them they send emails with stupid unnecessary questions or make promises that are never fulfilled. Thank goodness for PayPal who refunded me as soon as I raised a complaint about this company.

Still not received my order placed over 6 weeks ago. After taking payment they said they didnt have stock. Emailed several times before finally getting a response and then they promise despatch which never happens I have lost all faith that I will ever receive my order. They clearly don't even have the products they are selling.

After 30 days of delaying tactics and rubbish talk,I went to the PayPal resolution centre and they refunded me straight away thank you PayPal. PLEASE PLEASE DO NO TOUCH THIS BOGUS COMPANY AT ALL FOR NOTHING ,THEY NOTHING BUT THIEVES . 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I have had a very positive experience with this company. I ordered a Clarins hand cream, it was delivered promptly and with no issues.
