Couldn't complete all tests specifically the one I needed so therfor feel it's a waste of money

The service is easy to navigate and every time I’ve used Vitall I have not had any bad experience.
The medical professionals I’ve dealt with have always been kind and helpful, and the results arrive promptly.

Took 150 hours compared to their 72 hour max expected window

Took female menopause hormone test as I was interested to know if I was past the menopause and if there was anything I needed to do. It took me to do two tests as the blood sample in the first was not good enough. I was supplied a free second test that did work. Removed a star as the first test supplied failed.

The saliva test was so simple and easy to use it takes away any concerns or barriers👍
The results are presented in a clear/simple format that anyone can understand immediately.
The best investment I’ve made in my healthcare for sure 👌🏻
I’d highly recommend to any “ health conscious “ 60++ year old.

1. My report for a prostate cancer saliva test dna risk assessment situated my results by referring to women’s risks throughout. It was unclear if the test was mixed up or if the reporting was filled into the incorrect form. This was checked and a new report provided but it didn’t fill me with confidence.
2. The reporting of the results is not lay person friendly. I have a PhD and still had to read it 3 or 4 times to make sense of it. I would suggest engaging with user groups to work out more effective communication/reporting practice (eg if the company thinks the current reports are clear as day then that is indicative of where the problem lays)

So easy and quick! No fuss at all. I messed up my first order and they were so quick to organise a new one!

Half my test didnt work, hopefully I’m able to repeart it to get my results. One of my samples had clotted so I couldn’t get my full blood works, this is after the first one spilled in the post. After paying £250+ hopefully you are able to send me another test.

I got my results fairly quickly however the markers stated I was in normal range and I was not, and my other markers were inaccurate. I go to see more of my test and I have to ‘upload the PDF’ on to another website to see it thoroughly but when I’m on this website there’s no where for me to upload the file.

instructions were easy to follow, the whole process was super simple and fast and I got my results back a day later. 100% recommend!

Bought a vitamin and mineral test kit on line, received and sent the blood sample back, one of the markers for B9 came back with sample haemolysis, in this instance a new test is sent free of charge to repeat the process. Week later still haven’t received the retest nor response from two messages sent. I have bought another test with another company now I would others to avoid this company.

Overall really good experience of the service. I booked a home visit for the blood test. The nurse was friendly, pleasant and professional. Results were back very quickly.

Iv personally struggled to get decent results, but that isn't Vitall's fault it's my own and I appreciate how good they were at getting new tests out to me, and they got back to me swiftly when I needed help

Quick analysis and detailed results. I really like the UI on the website, it's very clear and easy to understand.

I've used a few of these services and Vitall is at the higher end of pricing. The tests options are generally good - they have a great breath of plans e.g. test by sex, sexuality, concern, however I was disappointed by the lack of follow up if they aren't able to complete a test. I had to reach out to customer services when, by my own fault, a test wasn't possible but I didn't get a response first time. The second time I was told retesting options were limited and advised to another group of tests with several I didn't need. This was a disappointing as I was able to find an alternative provider quickly who did offer what I needed. Considering this costs more, I expected more flexibility.
