Vital Records Now 

Awesome,Very easy to do. Instructions were very easy to understand.

Way too expensive. When I clicked on the site for county vital records it appeared as if this was the county records site and the cost was $80. Because I needed the birth certificate urgently, I reluctantly paid the $80. Turns out this site takes advantage of you and if you can actually find the Actual Vital record site, the Birth Certificate is only $10. I will never be duped like this again. Really upset that I didn’t research further.

This was a very easy process. I missed a section on the form they emailed me and resolved it right away.

I was grossly overcharged. The clerk’s office only charges $2.00 for a marriage license search. You charged me $85.00! Shame on you!!!

You charge to much the court house only charged 3.00. The only money your out is the 3.00 and a postage stamp and the ink to print the order.

I was led to believe that this organization was the direct contact for obtaining a document. In reality, it is a middle-man to whom I paid an extra $100 unnecessarily. When I called the office who actually issued the document, they told me if I would have called them directly it would only cost me $20. They told me that they hear this story a lot. When looking on the internet, because of their name, this company appears to be the direct office to obtain records. IT IS NOT! This is a total ripoff. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

15 days ago I sent in for my birth certificate. I have not received any info from Vital records. I don't know why it takes so long. My husband used a different site and received his within 4 days. Mine could take up to 7 or more weeks. It would be nice if vital records could at least let you know how the progress is going. I will never use them again for anything.

Fast and easy! The price was a bonus. Other sites wanted over $100!

I cancelled my order after being notified that Apostille service would be an additional significant cost, and received a confirmation that my order was successfully cancelled and I would receive a full refund. A few days later I was notified that the order was already processed and I would receive my document, and was charged in full for my order. First, it should be stated up front how much is the extra Apostille fee. Second, if I cancelled and received a confirmation from the company it should be honored. Never again with this company.

Very satisfied. The website was easy to maneuver and my document was received in the time frame stated.

I placed my order on April 10, 2019.

Estimated delivery date was between May 23 and July 4 2019.

It is now July 16, 2019. I have still not received my order. Emails to the support contact have gone unanswered.

It’s been 5 months and still have not received requested data.
