The sites says you will be contacted in a few business days it’s been almost three weeks and I have yet to hear anything about the status of my document. I needed my documentation three weeks ago and I’m still waiting!!!
My brother used an alternate site and he had his document the next day! I’m trying to be patient, but my patience is wearing thin.
