Convenient but expensive
Vitable is super convenient — their pre-packed supplement packs make it really easy to get what you need without thinking too much. However, it’s pretty expensive compared to buying individual supplements yourself.
Speaking of which, getting individual supplements is much cheaper and gives you more flexibility.
One major downside: the Activated B Complex smells absolutely horrible. Like, it really stinks — seriously, be prepared for that.
Overall, great for convenience, terrible for your nose, and not the most cost-effective option.

So while they won’t always be the cheapest option, they’re created to deliver real benefits with ease.
As for the B Complex, you’re right, those nutrients can have a strong natural smell, and we’ll definitely pass this along to our product team.

I’m nearly finished my second bottle. So my second review !! Much less hair fall. It’s hard to tell regards growth as I’ve had a trim .. keen to see the results there .. I will purchase a third as I see all suggestions recommend 3 months. 😊

Vitable has made taking vitamins so easy and simple. Their packing is great and very compact. The app helps me track and remember to take my vitamins. The quiz was so helpful in figuring out which vitamins I should take. Would 100% recommend to a friend.

Extremely dangerous that they don’t ask about prescription medications.
I was going to start getting a monthly supply but then had to research each vitamin to see if any would react with my lifetime prescriptions. I’m glad I didn’t order anything because wanted to give me ashwagandha among others which would effect my Thyroid, ADHD and my LBP/heart medication.
The “quiz” they do really should have asked about prescription medication. It should also tell you about the vitamins effects and potential adverse reaction with the medication.
It’s extremely important and dangerous the they don’t.
