I was very happy to learn of the way Vitable packed vitamins for eas of use and the variety on offer this is why I took advantage of the sign up offer of 40% off. I ordered and paid for 2 months worth on the 14/11/25. I was also sent a fibre drink which I was later asked for feedback on from Vitable, my feedback was that i couldnt take it because it tasted horrible, they promptly replied with other recommendations but i had already decided that I was not going to pay for something without tasting it and had decided i would take it off my next order. I had also been suffering from some stomach issues which after consultation with my doctor it was decided that I would drop some of the vitamins I was taking and only focus on what my blood work was saying I was low in. This decision was done on the Friday. Monday morning I recieved an email from Vitable thanking me for my payment of $173 and my order is in the process. I promptly emailed them to please stop the order as I need to make changes to it and could i get a refund. I received a generic email saying they will be in touch, Tuesday morning I received a reply saying "unfortunately we can not refund or make changes as the order is already in the factory" Hence writing this review, I have asked them in both emails to pleas call me to discuss which they have not done. I am now left with 3 months of vitamins as i still had a month sitting in my cupboard from my original order, 2 large containers plus another 2 on the way of a horrible tasting fibre concoction and $173 out of pocket all because they do not send a courtesy email reminder to their customers that their subscription is due do you need to make changes. All this happened on the first day of a holiday (the Monday) so the last thing i was thing about was a subscription.
Thanks Vitable for my abundance of unusable products that I will have and for not reaching out to a customer that was so happy with the concept you have. I will now go back to my local chemist where staff will actually assist me.

I would like to edit my review and state that a beneficial solution was worked out. This was my suggestion and allowed me to change my order and have a credit sit in my portal to use toward future orders. Worked out for both parties.
I have written a response email to Jacinta who emailed me asking for feedback on the outcome.
1) Send subscribers an email one week prior to subscription due date to allow for changes.
2) Stop with the generic replies
3) Put in place a success system that allows customer mistakes, errors or changes to be made. We all make mistakes.

I’ve been taking the vitable clean greens powder every morning and it’s tastes amazing. It dissolves quickly and I must say I’ve been feeling more energetic and my gut health has improved. I highly recommend this to everyone 10/10 🤗

I’ve loved having Vitable in my routine. I have my dispenser on my kitchen bench and haven’t forgotten to take them since starting! I’ve noticed a huge shift in my energy and focus. I always get a lot of questions about the sachets from friends and family when they come over it’s a great concept! 🩷

If you need your prenatal vitamins before your baby’s born, choose another brand.
I ordered prenatal vitamins from Vitable weeks ago and they still haven’t arrived.
In fact, they didn’t even bother shipping them until four days after I’d ordered them and Australia Post tracking states they haven’t even received them yet.
I’ve ended up just going to chemist and getting an alternative.

This was the first ever order , with vitable. It will almost certainly be the last. Service was non existent, until it was too late. So I purchased a once off 6 month supply, of vitamins, based on the reccommendations of the site. It was sent out. Then suddenly, my card is debited again. I immediately emailed them, within 10 minutes of the bank debit notification. They waited 48 hours to respond, and in the meantime, commenced the packing of the order. They responded after saying it has alrealdy been started, can stop it. Just another company that hope you set and forget, so they keep getting money. Problem in this case, is i know it was a one time order. I specifically made it a one time order. I had hoped to use this company for a long time, not anymore.

My experience with Vitable’s customer service was incredible. I had forgotten to change my address before my order processed and I heard back quickly. Jemimah took the time to reach out to the postal services and regularly followed up until I got my package.

I have been ordering Vitable pretty much since they started and I am so impressed with the service, recommendations and overall experience. They released new products that are such high quality and really relevant. Vitable really takes a great part in my routine and health journey.

Vitable has simplified my wellness routine. If I need to open multiple bottles, this often gets "too hard" and I found myself skipping them all together. Vitable has made it easy to stick to and also easy to change up whats in my sachet as my body changes too.

Vitable started strong. Good app, personalised Vitamins and focus on gamification. Now they have removed the ability to manage your subscription - resulting in charges when you don’t want to be charged and the focus on your health and wellbeing is gone. Just another place to buy vitamins and no better pricing than Chemist Warehouse.

Viable has been great, quiz is easy to complete, individual packaging makes me remember to take them daily and I love that the sachets are biodegradable. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love Vitable! The personalised vitamin packs make it so simple to stay consistent with my health routine, and I can really feel the difference since starting. What makes the experience even better is the amazing support team: they’re always so helpful, responsive, and genuinely care about making sure you’re getting the right plan for your needs. It feels like a brand that really listen - the whole process, from the quiz to the delivery, is seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend Vitable to anyone looking to take the guesswork out of their wellness journey!

Been on the daily personalised sachets for 2 months now and I honestly feel fantastic! Maybe it’s the quality, maybe it’s the personalisation, or maybe it’s just sticking with them more consistently, but something is definitely working!

PLEASE READ THE FULL REVIEW: I had to cancel my credit card just to protect myself from any future surprise charges.
I genuinely don’t understand how this company thinks their practices are acceptable. I recently discovered I was suddenly charged for a subscription I believed I had cancelled, with my last order received almost a year ago, but apparently my subscription was only 'paused'. When I contacted customer service the same day I got the charge notification, they claimed they had sent a reminder email prior restarting my subscription and will not be able to refund me, but I never received that email. I double-checked my inbox, including spam and filters by date. Nothing. Just the new order confirmation.
Even if an email had been sent, a vague “we will be processing your order in the next 24 hours” notice is not a fair or transparent way to notify someone on this reactivation, especially a customer who hasn't been using Vitable for almost a year. If you do not check your email within the short window, they will charge you without active consent.
To make things worse, there’s no way to delete your saved payment method through the app or website. They don’t offer a proper self-service option, which feels deliberate. Once your card is on file, they are able to charge you unknowingly.
Even after re-cancelling this time round, I received no email confirmation, so nothing stops them from reactivating my account and charging me again unexpectedly down the road, saying I only paused the subscription and not cancelled. Sneakily charging unsuspecting customers to generate revenue is an odd way to run a business.
Navigating the cancellation process is another red flag... it's intentionally dragged out. Multiple pages, endless alternate options to delay the subscription, everything except a clear and simple “cancel” button and confirm to cancel. I cancelled the service after delaying my orders a few times, but apparently not. That ambiguity is no doubt by design.
In my experience, starting a subscription isn't worth the risk, I learned that the hard way. There are many more affordable and reliable alternatives with better products, such as simply getting your vitamins from Chemist Warehouse. They won't have your card on file and charge you for products you didn’t order.
Note: The resolution was Vitable keeping 75% of what I paid without sending the unwanted order that was forced upon me and issuing only a 25% refund. Draw your own conclusions about this company.
