Terrible service.
Bought over £80 of supplements, haven’t arrived after 7 days, no confirmation email. I then emailed the company to ask after my order and see what was going on. Haven’t replied. This is theft so will calling 101 to report to the police. Would never use again and would advise anyone not too
Wouldnt waste your time. Ordered 12 bottles of recovery protein shake on 8th Dec. Paid the £4.99 1-3 day shipping cost. 7 days later, sat here with no order (says “processing” on website), no confirmation email received upon sale (money came out of bank though), no reply to email or social media messages chasing an update. No customer service. Poor. Do not use.
I did purchase a shirt. Unfortunately it didn't arrive on time it was supposed to be as I noticed it on purchasing. And they didn't care of sending again or anything that way. They neither answered as I claimed for my package...
