STILL NO REFUND. Lying bastards. Bank have confirmed this company is talking absolute rubbish. Listing items they dont have in stock, taking your money and never giving it back, whilst having the cheek to apologize and blame your bank........stay away feom these cowboys.
I have the owners names and details and now initiating legal action, which they can then explain......fools, they just needed to give me my £18 back🤣

STILL NO REFUND. This company is a scam firm that lists items they dont stock, you pay for then never receive. They promise refund within 5-7 days
I am now 3 weeks and no refund and silence.
Ordered item which website stated was in stock and payment taken immediately.
Shortly after, they emailed to say they dont have the item and could not fulfil the order.
Tell me i have to now wait 5-7 working days to get my money back, which is bad enough.
Numerous emails chasing refund we are now coming into day 9 with no refund, and they have tried to blame how quick my bank processes is the issue......not true as ive checked with bank, and received other recent monies back to my account, with items processed after this order.
Terrible service where you cant even keep to your own timescales, where is my money mohsin issop & mubarak issop??
How much longer shall i wait before reporting this to trading standards as becoming a joke?

I ordered something from this company
I ordered something from this company. They did not deliver, although they said the item was dispatched. When I attempted to get a refund, I was told the item had been ordered 18 months previously. I ordered a similar item on Monday, 4th. May. They deny all knowledge. Disreputable.

Twice they have sent the wrong items!
Ordered from Vitapoint through Amazon. Twice they have sent the wrong items! They approved the return but asked me to contact them before returning it, because they may not want it back. However their phone goes straight to a voicemail box that's full and can't take messages! So I am now stuck with the risk of a £20 return fee if I use the return label.
With customer service this bad, how do they survive?

There is always a reason that prices are to good to be true!
They advertise 24/7 customer support yet don't bother to respond to emails.
I placed a big order and didn't get free Shipping & Handling as my parcel was too heavy. Had I split my order into 4 orders I would have had no Shipping & Handling.

In some cases, splitting items into multiple orders may qualify for free shipping, but larger combined orders can exceed the threshold, which is why the charge was applied. Despite negative reviews, I had no problems at all.
I was dubious about ordering because of all of the negative reviews. But I saw a product on Amazon and noticed it was from this company. It was cheaper to order direct (including postage) and it was going to arrive quicker. So I took the plunge and I'm glad I did.
I ordered early evening, so I knew my items wouldn't come the next day as nobody would have been there to process my order. But my order was processed early morning the next day and dispatched shortly after. I received my item the next day as promised. My only gripe would be, I ordered a tin of paint and it didn't have any cling film around the lid for extra security. Luckily it didn't spill. I'm nit picking really, but overall a great experience. Very good prices and fast delivery. Good communication throughout.
