Disappointing customer service
You have only issued a refund of £13.36 which was for the postage . Not for the table cloth at £22 . I’ve explained this over multiple emails and no one is listening .
I’m still waiting for this to be resolved . I’m still waiting for the tablecloth refund . Please just sort this out so I can stop emailing .
Ordered a table cloth in good time for Christmas. It was soiled when it arrived . Customer services said they would send a replacement when they received the return telling me they would refund the postage I would have to pay to do so . I Sent it guaranteed delivery for the next day but I didn’t receive the replacement until two weeks later .. and after Christmas . Instead of the 274x 178cm tablecloth I received two 100x 100cm cloths . I’m still waiting for a response and still waiting for the postage refund .

Just ordered an extra large king size, bag style duvet cover and 2 pillow slips. They arrived within 4 days and are exactly what I wanted, the quality for the price is excellent, they are sourced in India and I would definitely recommend this company and its products.
