I renew my pillows every year, but have never bought the same pillow more than once as I have never found THE ONE. I stayed at a hotel recently which had the best pillows - I checked what they were and they were Vision. As soon as I got back home, I ordered them and have not been dissapointed. Very easy to order (and very reasonably priced too) and arrived within a few of days.

I'd come across these towels at an hotel I'd stayed at and was very impressed. Looked at the label, and sent off for a pair of bath sheets straightaway, very prompt delivery at a good price for a very, very good pair of towels

Paid for next day delivery but it didn’t arrive until the day after which wasn’t very good as it was £12

Excellent towels. They was well and remain soft and fluffy. Delighted with them.

Lovely quality and just the colour I wanted

I spend over £3000 for 4 orders. Every order was wrong. Every time was big part missing. Paid for next day delivery, and every time was false promises. they are blame TNT. They are promising and never do. I will definitely no buying from Vison again. Customers service is "shocking". I spoke couple times with customer service manager and she promise a lot but nothing was done. Just one person was able to sort my problems was customer service agent Joanna, she was polite and very professional. So be honest this should be zero stars but this one star is for Joanna's help. I still have missing about 20% my order and still waiting for rest of my order and waiting for refund.
