However, the parcel experienced delays while in transit with the delivery network, which unfortunately resulted in the order arriving later than the estimated delivery date. Always been super reliable and lovely place to order from, they're fast and usually include a small thank you gift of haribos! You packed 3 contact lenses in a…

You packed 3 contact lenses in a gigantic box, so much so that I had to go to work and I missed the package several times because the box that it was sent in was stupidly large. The post office person couldn’t fit it in my letterbox. I live in a flat and my letterbox isn’t that large but … it’s large enough for small boxes. Start using smaller boxes and stop sending me haribo, I’m not an infant, I don’t each sweeties.
Your response time is exemplary, just one adjustment and you have the perfect company.
