Very good experience & received very helpful information

At the end of the day Visio did help me get a loan , they did stay in communication with me all the way in CT . I actually would used them again even though some of my investors friends may of done a deal differently. I realize every deal is unique, and Visio did get me a loan on a rental property that is making a positive cash flow ! I couldn’t be happier. I would use them again . I enjoyed working with James. He is a charismatic and prompt agent. One thing he can do better is to break down the additional fees and documents list early in the process. We noticed that other lenders agents do that and we find it helpful. Other than that, he did a great job navigating us through the process until the very end. Because of the experience we had with him, we would do more business with Visio.
