Pointless, Useless, UNFAIR
Viral Launch tool added zero value to my amazon business.
The Team is completely UNFAIR, they are registering you to a subscription and they does not cancel it if you realize it afterwards the transaction happened, they took your money.
Update 20220613 - I received the refund. I am glad you have a new person in the director role. You should prioritize customer experience over profit and your profit will grow.

I had a free trial that wasnt working
I had a free trial that wasnt working. So when I added my card info I thought it would activate the trial first but it was not the case. My CC was charged. I contacted support they were able to refund and add the trial with no issues.

Do NOT forget to cancel your subscription
I was using viral launch as part of my market research and it auto renewed twice when I forgot to cancel it. When I reached out to customer service the next day after it renewed they said according to my latest activity only the third subscription is valid for accounting into future subscription.However, I didn't want to continue using the app and they aren't willing to refund my money. I was charged $79.2 twice for what I never intended to renew or continue using their app. So save yourselves from wasting money.

Lack of notification of renewal now I cant get my money back
I was never notified of an upcoming renewal for my service that I had with them completely forgot that I had a service with them was automatically charged without letting me know prior to the renewal and now I cant get my money back because of a no refund policy that they have. Complete total thieves, was told by a representative that they sent an email 30 days and 7 days before my supposed renewal never giving me a chance to cancel. They just waited for me to be charged so when I tried to ask and do a chargeback ill lose the case because of the policy they have.

HORRIBLE MINUS-1STAR IF I COULD!!!!!!!
They are overpriced and horrible customer service. I had them for 3 months and the first month did not use because signing up to be a seller took longer than expected. 3 days into the third month and found out that the whole reason that i needed them was denied. They are money hungry and do not care about their customers!

I've been a viral lauch customer for a year and for the second year it has auto renewed into a monthly plan and I am trying to cancel but they are NOT allowing this. Customer service has been incredibly unreasonable and the representatives and the policy is INCREDIBLY inhumane and they do NOT care about their customers whatsoever. Not even a shred of care. I know many, many amazon sellers and I will get every single one of them to cancel and start with Jungle Scout instead. Ridiculous!

Don't see much value from Viral Launch
In the Amazon e-commerce industry, it changes everyday. Amazon sellers need constantly updated on the new information and best practices. Being their customer for1 year, I didn't see any of those from Viral launch. Instead, I got a lot information from Helium 10 and I wasn't even Helium 10 customer.
On top of that, virtual launch data isn't that up to date. I stop my subscription after 1 year contract ended.

$700 Charge for service not even rendered
I’ve had an account with viral launch for several years and have used it off and on. I never cancelled my account even though I only used it a few times a year. I recently started selling on Amazon and I’m trying to work through all the kinks as a new online business. I plan to pause use of it when I noticed a alert on my bank account that another year of service renewed. As the amount was pending I contacted of our launch so let them know that I wasn’t going to renew at this point for a full year and wanted to cancel that annual subscription. It was just under $700 for this next year. I received a reply from the customer service agent saying that they would not refund me for this upcoming year‘s charges because I had a chance to cancel before the renew date. I never received a notification of renewal. Even so I contacted them the day the charge was being processed. At this point they are refusing to refund my $700 even though I’m not planning to use it anytime soon. I think it’s poor business practices to charge this much money when the client says that they won’t be using the service and wants to cancel it for now. I don’t like working with companies who aren’t honorable. If I had already used the services for a year and then refuse to pay that would be one thing but to charge me for an upcoming year that hasn’t even transpired that I’ve asked not to use is ridiculous.

Shortcuts never work
They will lure you in with a bunch of jargon and once you sign up they keep asking for more. There is always an explanation as to why something doesn’t work but then ask you to try another expensive option. Stick to making content and stop taking shortcuts, this will never work.
