Fraudulent. Do not waste your money …
My bag was guaranteed to have shipped several times over an almost one month span. Azura is the representative I have dealt with and they cannot provide accurate shipping information, instead going back and forth between a tracking number from Dubai and one from Hong Kong. When they were called out with screen shot documentation, they offered a refund if the product was not shipped. Needless to say it has not shipped in almost 30 days, and they are now refusing to issue a refund. I have reported them to my credit card processing company for fraud.
Edit: they responded that they have contacted me and they absolutely HAVE NOT. I have received no emails attempting to make this right or anything else.

Eric and David were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly helpful with my selection of merchandise, my bags, and tracking details.
