The very best customer service!
Having used VIP for a number of years with no problem, I became concerned after 3 weeks when my order had not been delivered. I contacted them for an update. I was immediately told that they would send a replacement order via another carrier (as the Post Office were having strikes). They also apologised, although the delay was not their fault. My replacement order arrived 3 days later, with an extra couple of products for my inconvenience. I was amazed, as good customer service is very hard to find these days! My original order arrived on Christmas Eve, the box was battered, and the parcel looked a bit worse for wear. Who knows where it had been! I contacted VIP to inform them of this, and was willing to pay for the replacement order. I was told that there was no need to do this, and they again apologised for the inconvenience. I have to say this goes above and beyond great customer service.
