I am highly disappointed with my necklace. The clasp keeps coming undone. It has fallen five times and I have not lost it. I’m shocked. They said that they would give me a full refund, but I have to pay for shipping for the return and it has to have all the original packaging . They are making it extremely hard to return a product. I paid $40 for the necklace and if I decide to keep it with the 25% off, it will be $30. It is not worth it to me. But after reading all these reviews, I don’t think I’m going to actually ship it back in order to get my refund. I’ll be out the 40 bucks and the shipping. This company sucks.

I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Viole Grace to think twice.
I purchased the Eternal Cross Necklace (Rose Gold) and within ONE week of normal everyday wear, the cross had already tarnished and the rose-gold plating had rubbed off. This is despite the company heavily advertising their jewellery as “waterproof,” “everyday wearable,” and covered by a lifetime colour warranty.” These claims were absolutely not reflected in the product I received.
When I first contacted the company, they responded only once—asking for proof of purchase so they could issue a replacement. I sent this immediately. After that, they completely stopped responding, despite multiple follow-up emails over 11+ days. Their website promises replies within 24–48 hours, yet they have ignored every attempt I have made to resolve this issue.
Because of the complete lack of communication and the misleading nature of their product claims, I have now reported this business to multiple consumer protection bodies, including NSW Fair Trading, and have initiated a chargeback through my bank. No customer should be forced to escalate a simple warranty issue to this level just to get basic support.
This company’s products may look nice online, but the quality is substandard, the advertising is misleading, and the customer service is effectively non-existent. Based on my experience, I would never purchase from this business again — and I strongly recommend that others avoid them as well.

I purchased the cross necklace. It looks so orange in color and cheap. I asked for a refund. I explained I had accidentally thrown the bag away, however, the necklace was never removed from the original box. Their response: “We can’t refund your money once the bag is opened”. My response: “how in the heck would I know if it was defective if I can’t open the bag?” I offered to return it at my expense if they would provide an address. They said no.
