I would give them 0 stars, but it won't let me write a review unless I pick one. The Gold Cross Necklace is not a shown on their site and of a very poor quality. I was already tarnished when delivered. No response from their customer service department. Do not waste your money!

Gold cross chain necklace has already started to tarnish since receiving before Christmas. I am very disappointed in the quality, and misleading tarnish free guarantee of this company. I would not order anything from them.

Received 2 gold necklaces that do not look like the picture and are total junk. Bait and switch. Their website claims that if you are unhappy with your purchase they will give you a full refund as long as you are within the 30-day window. Upon receiving the product and looking at the quality I immediately emailed them to return items. Never heard back. This company is a total scam and is committing fraud. I'm sure I will never get my money back. I'm not sure how people like this can sleep at night. Totally scamming the public like this. I am going to put this company on any business sites I can find (BBB, etc.). Shame on this company for deceiving people like this. I'm also going to dispute this with my bank. Total junk and total fraud. I hope they go out of business.

I never received my order. I contacted Violet Grace multiple times requesting a refund, but instead of a real resolution, I received the same repetitive, generic responses that appeared automated (more friendly than robotic, which gives you hope… but I don’t think is real people based on the same repetitive reply and not fixing/addressing the issue ) They kept offering a return with a small discount, even after I clearly stated that the item was never delivered. What am I to return?? Ugh. To make matters worse, a friend who ordered the exact same jewelry at the same time did receive hers, and it broke almost immediately and turned brassy, showing extremely poor and cheap quality. After repeated attempts, I was denied a proper refund and left with a $40 loss. This business appears to profit by selling low-quality products and avoiding accountability through non-responsive customer service. I would strongly caution others before purchasing.

A bracelet was delivered already broken. It was really a piece of junk. Customer service was awful. No refund, no replacement. Avoid this company.

Do Not Purchase from Viole Grace. This company sent the 3 necklaces I ordered promptly that’s the only thing that went right. This jewelry is bright cheap gaudy gold. Surprise! Their return policy says I need to send them back to the overseas fulfillment site and pay taxes fees tariffs amounting to an unknown amount or I can KEEP the cheap crap and they will give me a 25% refund!! Thanks for nothing! Would be embarrassed to have this policy. You are a scammer Viole Grace. The jewelry you show on your site is nothing like what was sent. Do not buy from this company.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I purchased a necklace from them and after less than 8 weeks it broke. They said I was outside the 4 week window. So what they are saying is that if your necklace breaks, too bad and they will not replace it.
I will never buy from this company. Consumer beware!!!!

TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

1. I sent photo of product as co. requested.

2. Asked for cost to return product back to fulfillment company overseas. Did not receive amount.

3. Asked for address of fulfillment company for to return product. Was not given address to make return.

4. Keep receiving emails offering increased amount/percent to be refunded after demanding full refund. Each email I have received is same standard anser with a 5% increase in my "refund amount."

This company does not guarantee their product. I ordered the pearl with cross necklace as a gift for my daughter. It was over a month before she wore it and when she tried to, the clasp came off when she tried to fasten it. She didn’t even get to wear this one time before it broke. I contacted customer service and they said because it was outside the 30 day return policy there was nothing they could do. I own my own business and I guarantee every product by refunding or replacing because that is what a quality company does. Do not waste your money on this company’s cheap products!

Scam Scam Scam! No invoice won’t respond to emails! Never received items! Same jewelry was found on Temu for 2-3 dollars a piece! All under the guise of a Christian small business! Stay away from these fraudsters!

The jewelry looked lovely in the advertisement but was cheap, thin, and childlike. I reached out to customer service for a refund...they offered a 30% discount to keep the jewelry and would never, after several requests, give me a dollar amount for shipping back. I did settle for a 40% discount and the amount was quickly put back on my cc. I found the same items on Amazon...$10-12 a piece. Viole Grace is certainly overpriced. I was fooled...thought I was buying from a small American business ...shame on me.

I purchased this product - have not received it. I've sent numerous emails - no response.

As a pensioner, I am saddened to have wasted money on something I received & that is receiving such dreadful reviews.

Their advertising is Christian based & that makes it even more disappointing.

I bought two of the pearl/cross necklaces for Christmas- one for myself and one for a friend. Mine broke the second time I wore it, and hers broke the third time she wore it. Poor quality.

I purchased both the silver and gold necklaces. The gold one is so cheap and not nice looking at all. It looks like it came from the dollar store. I love the silver one but I’ll be returning the gold one.

It's a DOUBLE scam. I bought one of their necklaces online, everything perfect and looks soooo legit. Next day I got a notification stating that I have to pay R18 for delivery. Day after that my debit card was cloned and had to cancel my card. Lost R1550 in total

DO NOT order from this company. The quality is garbage. Purchased for a gift that I would not give or even wear myself. Requested a return/refund. They stated I would be responsible for the return shipping but refused to give an address. Every time I request they respond with offering me a partial refund without me having to return the product, increasing the amount. I am up to 60%. The site says 100% guaranteed. I don’t want the garbage

I ordered a necklace for my granddaughter for Christmas on November 22, 2025. It is now December 10th. I didn't realized their products are shipped from overseas. But that's not my complaint. My complaint is that they ship to the US with a shipping partner, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact them outside of email. USPS cannot tell me the status of the package since it is still with their shipping partner, so they direct you back to the seller (Viole Grace) to get the info. However, trying to get the info from Viole Grace is like pulling teeth.

So, here I sit not knowing when, or if my granddaughters Christmas present is coming. And, no way to find out. That is HORRIBLE customer service. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

I was extremely upset to know the price I paid for the "famous" cross necklace and the tiny pearl charm bracelet. Their value isn't half of the cost. I am not even going to attempt to contact them because sales fraud like this will NEVER agree to refund your money!!!! Stuck with it!
