Our team investigated your concerns thoroughly and found that the extensions had been fitted using the incorrect type of beads. Nano extensions are specifically designed to be applied using nano rings, and using an alternative fitting method can affect how securely they stay in place.
In addition to reviewing your individual case, we also carried out a wider investigation into the production batch. Neither assessment identified any manufacturing fault with the hair, and as such, we were unable to determine that the issue was caused by a product defect.

Very disappointed if I’m honest
Very disappointed if I’m honest. I’ve been having viola hair extensions for 8 years and never had a problem like this before. I had them fitted around April/May time. The luxe mixed with the normal nano hair. It’s now July and the luxe extensions have been coming away from the bead, just leave the bead and the metal bit in my hair. There is something wrong with the bonds because the others aren’t doing it. Anyway I have emailed them but my hair dresser said there’s no chance of them sorting anything. Which is really bad considering they cost a lot of money and I use expensive sulphate free shampoo and conditioner and always have maintenance every 8 weeks. I look after them very well and can’t believe this has happened. From the sounds of the other reviews they take no responsibility and don’t care. The luxe range isn’t fit for purpose and I wouldn’t buy it again.

The brush is great
The brush is great. But, i had no idea postage was £9.50 until I had already paid for the item. It was not obvious before purchase. It is the only reason I'm knocking off a star.

They don’t seem to restock often
The samples are good, but they don’t seem to restock the actual extensions so I’ve wasted money on samples when I can’t buy the product. I did ask when it would be restocked but they are unable to give me a date.

Disappointed and ignored , first time buyer
First time customer and you’re asking me to rate when I’ve had a problem with the hair and it’s been over two days and you’ve not responded ? I brought from sale and from what they had that wasn’t in the sale , weirdly enough the sale hair was good quality and the ones I brought that wasn’t was not I’ve emailed viola no response , I’ve called their number no response but you guys asking me to rate .. the hair was chipped all different sizes at the end and is rough and thin towards the ends …

Awful company
I would put 0 stars if this was an option, ordered some hair from the sale. They arrived and looked nothing like the colour I had ordered. Asked to process a return & refund was denied this and I now have hair sat not being used and £200 down.

We completely understand how frustrating it is when a colour isn't what you were expecting. Whilst we take great care to ensure our product photos are as accurate as possible, colours can appear differently depending on factors such as lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
Having reviewed your case, I can confirm that our Customer Service team provided the correct advice. Your purchase was made from our clearance range, which is clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page and within our Terms & Conditions at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to accept the item back for a refund.
Whilst I appreciate this is not the outcome you were hoping for, we do value your feedback and are sorry that your experience has been disappointing.

Viola Hair - quality products
I’ve been using Viola Hair as my main hair extension supplier for a while now, and they consistently deliver high‑quality hair that clients love. The extensions are soft, long‑lasting, and maintain their condition beautifully, which makes my job so much easier and keeps my clients coming back happy.
Their delivery times are excellent too — orders arrive quickly and reliably, which is a lifesaver when running a busy diary.
The only small criticism I have is that their postage costs are a bit higher than average, especially compared to other suppliers. That said, the quality of the hair and the speed of delivery do make up for it.
Overall, Viola Hair is a trusted, dependable supplier with great products, and I’m happy to continue using them.
