Based in Torre del Greco, Naples - the homeland of coral and cameo jewelry manufacturing - Vintouch collections focus on a contemporary approach to classic jewelry design through the use of high-quality raw materials and traditional techniques that are passed down from father to son. Each piece is individually handmade in our own workshops in Italy, mainly using the bezel-set technique, which consists in wrapping the stones in precious metal so that it's securely fastened into place. This extraordinary technique allows us to make each of our pieces one-of-a-kind, since no two can be exactly alike in their design, thickness, curvature and contour. Since being founded in 2015, we've been constantly committed to strike a balance between design and manufacturing excellence, with the aim to create jewelry pieces that empowers and endures, with a major focus on ethical sourcing of the raw materials and pursuing environmental sustainability during each step of the manufacturing process.

In your case, it looks like FedEx has lost your parcel and we have sent them a request for investigation.
Your order was shipped on December 22nd through a Priority Express service, which means the carrier - FedEx - ensures the dispatch is made the day after. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do if FedEx lost your parcel.
As we already told you in our email today, we are happy to offer you a full store credit or we can ship your order again.
