Very Good. Fast, simple.

​Great platform for vintage lovers and sellers!
​I have been using Vinted for a while now to buy and sell pre-owned and vintage clothing, and my experience has been absolutely fantastic. The application is very user-friendly, communication with other members is smooth, and the shipping process integrated with different carriers works like a charm.
​The buyer protection system gives peace of mind during transactions. It’s a wonderful community and the perfect sustainable platform to give clothes a second life. Highly recommended for anyone in Europe!

Easy and safe to use, both as a buyer and as a seller.
ISBN codes scan and search functions speed up the procedure when searching and selling books.
Maybe it's more convenient for buyers than sellers, but I really don't have any complaint.

Very good app, extremely reliable for both sellers&buyers.
you may get unbeatable prices and find some unique items.
my only suggestion would be to add a filter that allows you to choose item location (ex: Italy, Portugal, UK)

They have lost two parcels and both times they didn't refund me. The first time i bought an item that never arrived and was never refunded. The second time I was selling an item that was then returned, it was then delivered to the wrong address.
In both times, Vinted refused to take accountability.
Believe me, I've contacted customer support explaining everything extensively.

vinted is based on the seller, but vinted itself does not protect the seller. For a month now, every user of the platform has been reported without any reason for commercial activity when they have uploaded just 4-5 ads or even for selling counterfeits when that fake product doesn't even exist. Finally, it doesn't help those who want to become pro, even though they have all the credentials to do so. I ASK FOR HELP FOR ALL VINTED SELLERS, WITHOUT US VINTED WOULD NOT EXIST

I’m having a terrible experience with this platform because of internal bugs that Vinted has been unable to solve for months. It’s honestly unbelievable.

They keep blocking my account accusing me of using stolen photos from the internet or from other users, even though the pictures are 100% mine. Every single time I send proofs, extra photos and evidence showing that the items and pictures belong to me, they apologize… and then repeat the exact same mistake again shortly after.

On top of that, I still cannot switch to Vinted Pro because of another technical issue on their side that has been unresolved for months despite multiple reports.

Very frustrating customer support experience and zero real solutions so far.

Hello! I need some help with a purchase. I already sent a message through the official chat, but, after more than a week I haven't received any news. Not I find myself with clothes that aren't good for me, because of the vendor's mistake in discerning the size, and the time to send it back I finished. Also I never accepted either the partial refund, or the complete refund menus shipping it back costs, because it was not my fault and don't faint it fair that I'll have to still spend money. Please contact me ASAP! Thanks!

Vinted has blocked my profile following the claim that an item I listed was counterfeit.

The item in question was a dress from ONLY, sold in good condition and accurately described. I strongly disagree with the conclusion that this article is counterfeit. To my understanding, this is an affordable/low-cost brand that is not commonly subject to counterfeiting, which makes this decision particularly surprising.
I had 966 positive reviews and I have always followed the rules. I am very disappointed since I have appealed the decision to the legal team and no one has replied or has been able to give me an explain.

II like the way the sale of the item is handled; everything is always under control. My only criticism is that you’ve ‘hidden’ some items from me because the photos apparently aren’t good enough or aren’t clear – which isn’t true – and, unfortunately, THIS IS THE MAJOR FLAW: there’s no way to contact to you directly, just AI!

Good way to empty the house and gain a little back!

This Is a very easy way to sell things we do not need anymore. Its very easy to use, simple to understand and very fast indeed. Buyers and sellers do not have tò take care of the shipment procedure.
Plus, the sistem is fast updated.

I was enjoying selling on vinted until 2 packages I sent using the labels through vinted didn’t link properly to the app. I lost the money and the items, and could see on the courier tracking that one item has been delivered.
I also had a bad experience buying, and had to pay to return the item even though it was in awful condition and not as described.
It is a very mixed experience, but I would say overall it is not worth the stress.

I sold an item on Vinted and shipped it, but Vinted refuses to release my money.

The buyer received the item, but for some reason Vinted’s system never updated the shipping information. Both the buyer and I contacted customer service multiple times. The buyer clearly confirmed they received the package and asked Vinted to transfer the payment to me. I also explained everything, provided all the communication and proof of shipment, and the tracking website clearly shows the package as delivered.

But Vinted simply does not read the messages.

Their customer service is unbelievably bad, it feels completely AI-based, with no real human actually reviewing cases. A person could solve this in 2 seconds if they actually read the messages, but nobody does.

Never sell valuable items here. Seriously. Imagine this happens to you after shipping an expensive item. This issue has happened to me 3 times already, and it seems to happen quite often. If the system fails like this, you can lose both your item and your money.

Vinted is absolutely not reliable, and when something goes wrong, there is nobody you can actually talk to or get help from.
