I have requested the refund of the shipping costs for the counterfeit Birkenstock clogs and counterfeit Prada sunglasses I received and up to this day I have not received a response from customer service. It is unacceptable that buyers can be misled into purchasing fake products. Stronger verification and monitoring measures should be in place to prevent counterfeit items from being listed and sold on your platform.

my account got blocked for no real reason , and the support isn't responding

I issued a claim since more than 5 days about a parcel that didn’t arrive to me and on tracking it said it was send back to the seller till today i still didn’t receive any update about my parcel or a issue of refund the seller is not cooperative and vinted support are not responding !! Bad support

Very useful latform to give a second life to items you don't use/need/want to keep.

All good until you have a problem with a customer. Customer care completely absent and unefficient. It doesnt matter if you have 100% positive reviews, they will handle your case with no professionalism nor empathy.

I listed a Zara vest and they blocked me, accusing me of fraud. It has been over a month now. I sent them the invoice and everything they asked for, and I still haven’t received any reply. The problem is that I can no longer access my messages or my wallet. This app is truly a scam

I’ve always found buyers to be kind and fair, and my few experiences as a buyer have been just as good.

They ignore all my messages most of the time. It’s impossible to get refunds when things go wrong. When you register a case no one reads your message and you just get generic messages in response. I’m owed nearly €200 from things people haven’t sent or fakes and they just have no customer service it’s terrible.

Cool experience. Some bugs or things missing but overall it woeks

The website work well,good for sell and buy,there’s some sellers not offering original products the biggest lack is the customer service when you have some issue they saying in 48 hours can be take care of the problem, then can be weeks or too hasty to close the case.

My experience was great because ever since I put on different objects, I’ve understood it is easier selling them. The only thing it is lacking on the platform is the price the final customer would front because it is not a specified. I’ve understood this is a platform for not so expensive things so the risk is to sell at a lower price than the value of your object.

I enjoy selling my stuff which I don’t use anymore to make space in my closet or library..that’s very helpful for future and to not waste clothes or other things like books, games, etc. !!

I like the easy to sell, but i dislike that can't sell for example e ciga or liquid pods
