Wife had an account less than 24 hours, listed a bunch of clothing items last night, then listed some Nike trainers this morning and got banned, for fraudulent activity?!

Such a waste of time uploading all the stuff, dont waste your time

I couldn’t be more unsatisfied, never purchase boost or highlight your items through their page if you sell too many items too fast they will suspend your account and all money spend on boosting or highlighting will be lost… i just lost a little over 200kr after selling 5 items within a day…

Nice experience so far. This app connects lot of people together and let them trade easily without any hidden cost.

If you have things to sell just start using Vinted - it’s an amazing application. So far I haven’t had any issues. Application is very intuitive and simple in use

It’s very fun

I have been trying for 2 months to get 510 DKK returned from my Vinted balance after a failed withdrawal to an old bank account/IBAN.

Vinted informed me that the transfer would be rejected by the bank and automatically returned to my Vinted balance. That still has not happened.

During the past weeks, I have provided everything their support team requested:
• screenshots of my bank transactions,
• written confirmation from my bank that no payment was received,
• an official signed PDF letter from the bank.

Every time I provide the requested documentation, they ask for even more instead of resolving the issue. Now they are demanding a printed document with stamp and signature from the bank.

I have fully cooperated and documented that the money never arrived in my account, yet my case still remains unresolved.

At this point, I simply want either:
1. proof that the transfer was successfully completed, including transfer reference/trace information, or
2. my 510 DKK returned to my Vinted balance.

Very disappointing customer support experience.

It's easy to use and safe to buy and sell

Vinted is a super app! Although most of the sold items (in my experience) are Shein items...

I’ve been a long-term user of Vinted, both buying and selling, with hundreds of positive reviews — but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.

I sold a genuine AMI Paris sweater, which a buyer later claimed might be counterfeit. To avoid unnecessary conflict, I accepted a return. When I relisted the item, it was removed and my account was temporarily suspended.

I then contacted support and provided documentation proving the item’s authenticity. Based on this, my account was reinstated.

However, after relisting the exact same item again, my account was permanently banned — without any new explanation.

Since then, I’ve contacted support multiple times, but only received identical copy-paste responses stating that the item is counterfeit, with no specific justification and no reference to the documentation I already provided.

It appears that my case is being handled by automated flagging rather than an actual manual review, which is very concerning.

Blocking a long-term user with a strong track record without a clear and substantiated explanation is, in my opinion, not acceptable.

I would strongly encourage Vinted to review cases like this more carefully and ensure that decisions are transparent and properly justified.

Vinted is a good app to sell used things, but they need to get better at banning people that are Selling fakes. I have tried to report people that have been Selling fakes, but everytime Vinted have Said that they couldn’t do anything. And that is simply not good enough when you tell people that you Can get punished for it.👎🏿

Received a pair of pants even though I bought a blazer and a shirt. Seller was honest with the mistake, as she had mixed up the packages, and we both were solution oriented. But Vinted only gave the option for me to return outside the Vinted-system, which would cost more than the prize of the items. So I would end up without the items I paid for, got a couple pants not my size I couldn’t use (and seller would need them back for the other buyer), and I would loose my money for everything. This is unacceptable.
We both wrote the Vinted team and only received standard AI-generated responses

Vinted accused me of commercial selling, suspended my account for 5 days. Customer service must be all AI because the response I got was shockingly bad... copy and paste info which is already available on the site. Customer service do not deserve a penny they are paid. Easy job lol... maybe ill apply

I have sold my miu miu loafers bought at miu miu shop in Copenhagen. It took a long time and they sent me back saying the shoes were fake. Unbelievable, unprofessional and disrespectful. Waist of time. Don’t trust on Vinted please to get your items checked. They are not prepared for this kind job.
