Very easy to upload items for sale andxeady to use app

I have been using Vinted for a long time and have really enjoyed my experience. The Vinted members I’ve dealt with have been friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with, and the app is generally very easy to use.

The only issue I’ve experienced is that investigations can sometimes take a little longer than expected. Apart from that, everything has been very good. 👍

Horrible experience. Bought an item which went missing in delivery. The courier stated that after a week of looking they believe the parcel to be lost. After contacting Vinted they seem to not believe Evri and say I need to wait another month from that date incase delivery happens. If at that point I have not received it I have 48 hours to raise a case and then they will investigate. What a monumental waste of time. The couriers says its lost, its been 2 weeks and now I have to wait another month before you graciously give me 2 days to raise a complaint before you investigate further. and how long that investigation takes is a mystery. It is unacceptable that a client should have to wait over a month to get a refund for a missing delivery. Never again.

Searching by size is useless!!! All I want to look at is size 12 but I have to look at 12 and 14 and sometimes it’s not clear which size it actually is. And it’s disappointing to think you’ve found something suitable and it turns out to be 14. Waste of time, I won’t be back.

I safely and securely packaged an item. Unfortunately, the item arrived broken. The buyer took photographs, and stated that despite being well wrapped in bubble wrap with clear markings on the outside of the box to indicate the item was fragile, the outside of the box showed clear dents and punctures, which she believed had been caused by the carrier during transit. When I took the packaged box to the Post Office, there were no dents or punctures at all. However, Vinted’s ‘investigation’ concluded (without questioning the carrier) that it was the seller who had caused the damage by insufficient packaging. I’ve been using Vinted for 4 years, with 5 star reviews, and could not have wrapped or fitted any more bubble wrap to ensure that the item could not move. The customer support is disgraceful. It’s mainly automated - I received the same reply in 20 seconds that I received the evening before. I’ve cancelled my account and would advise no one to use this platform.

Vinted absolutely appalling, first time I sold an expensive pair of Dyson straighteners. Packaged so well and the buyer said they were damaged. I think the buyer damaged these intentionally, they were definitely not my straighteners. I asked for them to return them and created a return label. She didn’t and as per Vinted policy as they were not returned within 5 days, money would be sent to me. Did not happen, Vinted sided with the seller and said I had not packaged them well and therefore they don’t need to return them, even though the buyer advised they would. Absolutely nonsense! They have refunded the buyer who now has straighteners worth over £200 and I only sold them for £90 of which the cash was going to charity. So this is a scammer as they sell stuff on Vinted but don’t seem to buy. So Vinted obviously enjoys supporting scammers!

never ever gives refunds back and prioritises people from certain countries along with in general incredibly bad slowness

How can this company ban your account for fraudulent activity when you have proof that you purchased the item/s from a trusted seller?
I cannot understand how they are still operating where there are better alternatives that the public can use.
I had multiple items listed and have been told that selling at this level is commercial.
I am not a shop!!

Easy to use and upload pictures - took a bit for me to get my head around the postage but works really and appears to have been really successful

Awful customer service.
I have been unable to retrieve my account and asked for further support. Met with incompetency from customer service team.

My buyer, paid my original asking price with a quibble. He also left my a very kind prompt review.

Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. When both buying and selling. These people follow a script, do not deviate, do not care to provide any service at all and just close the chat whenever they feel like, disgusting behaviour and service.

How trading standards aren’t all over them is a mystery!!
A marketplace for people to sell counterfeit items without any policing from vinted!
I have been ripped off and fallen foul to their incompetence several times and now won’t use them again.

please be careful with vinted i’ve been selling the same goods for over a year and out of nowhere im selling fakes i have 100% excellent reviews no complaints and everything i sell is 100% real vinted are so bad to deal with i had orders banged and ready to post and i received a message telling me not to fulfill the orders these are so bad to deal with just be careful

My item was damaged in transit and vinted refused compensation. Thanks for nothing

The most corrupt platform you will ever encounter sides with the buyer even though the buyers a scammer no point being on that platform its more hassle than uts worth and the vinted support is a joke they should change that to vinteds no support team shame on the lot of you that platform wont last long because sellers are getting scammed even with videos and pics and its always tipped in the buyers favour even though there fraudulent its theft by deception and vibted allows that well vinted you've ruined it for so many of us and atleast you wont be getting the vintedd fee off our items and scammers wont be getting our items for free anymore

"Vinted failed to refund £180 after my parcel was lost. Their own 25-day deadline has passed. Refusing to pay despite multiple requests and trying to add on another five business days. Now escalating to Ombudsman and will file with the small claims court
