except I was disappointed recently when after I had bought some jeans online which was confirmed etc only to be told that they had sold them days later to someone else in store! a staff member told me this does happen sometimes! not cool!
Plus another pair of jeans that I bought online was described as 32 waist but in fact they measured 37 inches, annoyingly too big.

Love the products Vintage has but, always an issue with the order. Current order wrong product sent so I sent an email but, no response from Vintage,even to acknowledge email received and issue being reviewed.

I brought a watch 5 weeks ago, evri have had it at There depo since then, vintage won't give me a refund, give weeks and I have paid for something and vintage won't give me my money back. I'm so upset but vintage keep giving me automated reply and the last one was we won't give you your money back as evri has your parcel, even after 5 weeks of evri having it.

overpriced items and horrible service with an owner who has no idea how to do business send a message about selling stuff to them on Instagram get ignored, send another message get ignored, send another message and get ignored. Send a what’s app get ignored and then lied to by the owner. Claiming he didn’t see the what’s app but nothing about the other times he has read and ignored your messages.

If you get a reply it’s an insulting low offer. If you go to the shop when the owner is in he is rude and treats you with contempt. If he says come in he can’t even be bothered to wait for you. Weird business practice for a business which relies on buying stuff from the people you are alienating with your attitude.

Don’t waste your time dealing with these clowns.

1 star is for instore staff the owner deserves a big negative.

I love Vintage Threads—they offer an extensive selection of curated items at fair prices. I have had several good experiences with previous transactions. However on this occasion, the jumper I purchased was slightly off in the measurements provided on the site, and listed as size L when it was actually tagged S. I would recommend more accurate descriptions for sizing in the listings. Would still continue to do business with VT in the future, however.

Bought a Leicester shirt for 110, the shift is fake, the colour is completely different from the real kit and pictures

The vintage ashtray I brought for a colleague at work for our Secret Santa, is a nice gift but I thought the ashtray could have been clean a little more.

I found it was a nice gesture of having a little packet of Haribo's in with the ashtray, I'm assuming because it's the Christmas 🎄 season.

Unfortunately I ordered a jacket off Vintage Threads because of the measurements they gave on the site saying it was 24 inches p to p where in fact it was only 22 inches p to p so never going to fit,this is not the 1st time I have had an issue with the description on the site and the actual item received.
I think they need to make more time sorting out the website and put in accurate descriptions of items they are selling

I was told by the seller these Oakley sunglasses were in used but good condition, they are in awful condition and I would say they are fake

Didn’t have what I wanted
