I've been collecting frames strictly from VF for years. I try to pull up every time I'm in town after a shoot. This is my spot and tbh the actual store is like a high end modern mini palace. I love it here ! Respect. Eddie G.

Received my new frames and I couldn't be happier. The quality is top-notch, (the spring hinges really is a game changer) + they arrived earlier than expected (next day)

This is my second order from them. The first order was fine but this order has been made a month ago. They refuse to answer any messages and they are ignoring me while keeping a lot of my money. They show reviews on their site but there is no way to leave one . I am so very disappointed . They sent a tracking weeks ago but DHL said they never gave them the package .
I need to reach the ceo of this company

1. Worst customer service and the worst material for what they cost. Go to Nordstrom rack.com and you’re going to find way cheaper prizes for name brand .

2. You have to pay $25 shipment , i ordered 3 pairs , plus the stash Box, I hat to pay $75 dollars to ups in a separate check. Plus I never got my box. They said all sales are final, the do not return any money back .

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM , THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE

Fake cheap imitation glasses! This is not vintage but something that comes from China!! Will never buy again in this store!!

Ordered the detroit player frames which are drill mounted. The frames are smaller than comparable frames from other places and feel cheap to the touch. After a few wears, the mount broke and now needs to be repaired. I've reached out to customer service with no reply. I know have to take them to a repair shop and hop for the best. The prescription lenses were very high quality but only costs 200 of the 450 I paid in total. For 250 dollars, the frames should be better quality than a few wears and the break. Order took about 6 weeks to reach me as well.

I ordered frames before twice and everything shipped quickly. However the last time I ordered frames, I ordered two frames and only received one. I sent documents and photos to vintage frames that the shipping company only received one item. I got no response. My boyfriend even messaged the owner Corey on Instagram and Corey said to email Stephanie at vintage frames. I sent all the emails again and still no answer. I also called and received no call back or response. I had no choice but to go through my bank. Way to ruin a birthday gift and provide terrible customer service. Definitely not worth it and wouldn’t purchase again.

The glasses I ordered did ship in good time and they are a nice quality frame but customer service is TRASH STRAIGHT TRASH!
I order other items and they did not ship them. I have reached out to them 10 times by phone, email and pigeon and they will not respond. At this point just keep whatever it is I ordered and paid for from you and I will wait for KARMA to catch up to you. If you ever need me for help you can go EFF YO SELF! Thief! I won't ever buy anything from this company again and I am a pretty easy going guy but you guys suck. I will definitely let BUN B know what kind people he is in business with.

Ordered sunglasses from here with no problems, ordered prescription glasses at the end of November and still have not received them as of March 13th. I have contacted customer service multiple times about the order and every time I am not responded to or eventually am told they are on the optometrists desk. I have been told this 3 seperate times in 3 seperate email threads with no reply following. Where are my glasses ? Will I ever receive anything ?

I recently purchased 3 frames from Vintage Frames and wanted to return 2 of the frames because they fit my face terribly. Upon receiving my order, I emailed customer service (no response). I waited a couple of days and messaged through the website (no response again). I called the phone number, no one picked up and the "voicemail inbox is full" (probably from other customers like me).

After a week I called again and finally got in touch with someone who told me "Sorry you can't return that item. It's from the VF line. Also you can't return the other item because it was on sale." So basically, 3/4 of the items on the website are not returnable. Feels scammy. If you are going to drop a couple of hundred bucks on frames, you'd expect the company to have some level of customer service. My recommendation is to look elsewhere.

This company is literally A1 top tier.
I’ve purchased over 8 frames and every single one is so amazing is detail and quality.
Shipping is also amazing
And you can tell and I really appreciate how Cory himself loves what he does and it shows in his work.

I've bought 3 pairs from vintage frames and the quality is A+. The detail on the frames is absolute 🔥. The shipping is fast as well placed my order Friday afternoon and I was messaged shortly after that my order was shipped! I will definitely be buying more in the future!

I'm not exaggerating when I say Vintage Frames one of the best companies out there! I've boughten more than 4 glasses and they all hit !!!! I can't tell you how many times my friends or family have asked to borrow my glasses just to look fly in there photos. And Corey just keeps getting better and better with the styles that he drops. Plus they have the best customer service on the planet and they deliver faster than Amazon prime. I ordered the Upscale Vandal collab and I received it less than 2 days later. Picked up a pair of blue light glasses almost a year ago now and they've really helped in my daily work. Not only do they totally help with eye strain they look great and have a better style than any other blue light frame out there.

Shipping can we talk about how fast the glasses came to me. Less than 23 hours after I placed the order I had them in hand. Now that's super fast when you consider Vintage Frames Company is in Canada and they shipped to the states.

Can't wait to pick up another pair!

So happy with now my 5th pair of VF frames. I’m obsessed I love the styles and quality. I’ve had one pair wearing a few times a week for 3 years now and they still look perfect. The gold is bright and slaps. I have so many other glasses and yet I continually reach for my VF pair because they’re so comfortable, they don’t leave marks on my nose, and look so much more expensive than they are.
