The glasses I received were not as shown / described. When I asked for return information I was reminded I failed to check return policy when ordering. The product is very poor quality and in the end not as described.
There is no one to speak with. I left 2 emails per their support requirements with no response
I then called twice this week and no one answers.

Sales final was my mistake in not reading the small print.
I feel ripped off and do not recommend placing an order with this unprofessional company with bad business practice

What a downfall, they sent me all plastic frames (no metal in any of the metal-ish parts) and the UV doesnt work consistently. Their return policy is that it's for store credit only and they don't make it clear on the checkout process. 1000% a scam. You can buy this quality of frames on amazon for $10.

Very poor customer service! It is almost impossible to talk to anyone about a problem that you may have experienced. Even when you email them, they may or may not respond. I returned glasses hoping for a store credit, it's been one month since the return delivery was confirmed by USPS, and i still haven't heard anything about the return.

I was I a bad car accident recently and destroyed my prescription glasses. I reached out to VFC, who I e had great experiences with before and this one was nothing less. I understood there was a big event going on for the Dipset release, so communication was a little slower. BUT, when this was noticed, Corey himself reached out to me via phone to help me complete my order. He understood what I was dealing with, and was truly able to help me and get my order rushed out. Highly recommend Vintage Frames Company. Not only for their beautiful frames, but for the amazing customer service as well. Thanks again Corey and the VFC Team!

Hands down the hottest eyewear brand right now. It's rare to find a company that blends luxury, culture, and history the way VF does. The frames look even better in person than online. They never. miss.!

VF is the only place I trust for vintage sunglass. Every pair I got is 100% authentic and top condition. No surprises. No knockoffs. They know their stuff and thats why they the best in the business.!

Man, I've been a repeat customer of Vintage for a few years now, with that said, they uphold their policies to the T.

I've never had an issue with their customer service which I've had to reach out 2 times one was for a delivery I received and the frames were damaged, mind you they were $500 frames! What they do? They sent me a new pair with proof from my end and they didn't hesitate to send them.

Second one was when said frames got damaged and wasn't a manufacturer issue, they did right by me and sold me that same frames for half the price, which was very awesome. Those interactions with Customer service were fluent in transition, I can't remember the customer service rep, but she held it down prompt and easy.

As long as I need dope frames I'll keep being a repeat customer off the strength from that!!

I got my sunglasses today and they are perfect. We had a rocky start but they stood by and delivered. Amazing quality on both eye glasses and sunglasses. Thank You Vintage frames for making everything right. 5 stars for me.

Comes highly recommend. Corey Shapiro knows his brand and develop high quality and affordable pieces. Very diverse on Instagram he's very approachable and his team. Look at your favorite artist and more than likely they are wearing vintage frames. Not to mention shipping is quick make a purchase u will see.

Owner of the store was very accommodating to my needs. Personally saw that I was taken care of and went as far as to call me to make sure I was satisfied.

These glasses are cheaply made DO NOT BUY!!!!! I bought a pair for 300 and the screw fell out that holds the lense in. I really liked the pair I bought so I returned the glasses and got another pair of the same model. Same thing happened again, returned the pair got another pair same thing. Finally I contacted the company and after many emails exchanged and poor communication the company refused to refund my money. Again, DO NOT BUY!!!!

I got 3 frames from Vintage frames company and loved every one of them. Their owner Corey Shapiro is a great person who works hard at giving not only the best service in the industry, but the best products along with his amazing staff. Will be buying more. The frames themselves look amazing and feel great!

I’m a long time customer, I’ve had over at least 20 pairs of frames I’ve purchased with Corey and the VF team. They never disappoint from the quality of the glasses and accessories down to the customer care. Tyler did an immaculate job helping me and my brother during this years crazy Black Friday sale, I applaud his customer service skills aswell as making us feel like family. When the company motto is “take care of your sh!t!” They mean it!!! After promises to accomodate bcs lentilles were uncomfortable, very heavy and giving me nauseas and headache, they told me I have to pay 575$ more to get appropriate lentils from the Montreal store. Ask for reimbursement without success. Will have to sue the company to get my money back.

The customer service, styles offered and wide variety of cool frames make this company stand out! I wouldn’t hesitate to order another pair and highly recommend Vintage Frames to anyone looking for new stylish frames!
