Vikki is the best coach I’ve ever had! She is so fun to work with and makes everything seem really achievable. She even puts my events or holidays into my plan and never makes me feel bad for celebrating with food or drink. It feels really balanced and sustainable. I want to work with Vikki forever! I’ve been with Vikki for about a month and am already seeing incredible changes in not just my body but the way I feel in myself and the habits I’m forming. I came to Vikki with the hopes of becoming more accountable and motivated in terms of exercising and going to the gym.
She has been absolutely fab, one of my long term goals is to run a marathon and she’s helped work that training into my week with a weekly plan which has helped so much.
Speaking to her about anything has been so easy it genuinely feels like I’m speaking to a friend most of the time which I think is so important when it comes to coaching because it can feel quite daunting. I’ve felt comfortable with the coaching since the beginning with Vikki she’s amazing.
She’s helped me with eating well, staying accountable when moving my body as well as helping with any and all questions I’ve had about form or motivation.

I struggled with eating & knowing how to eat properly after years of yo-yo dieting, and I needed to go back to basics to unlearn lots of these unhealthy habits. Vikki has changed that for me! I eat well, mindfully and without judgement & this is all down to Vikki. It’s really life changing for me, because I can’t remember the last time I binged. It feels so freeing!
I also wanted coaching with Vikki, because I wanted help in the gym & focus on how I needed to apply myself so I could feel all of the benefits that the gym can provide.

Best decision I made
I wish I had started this process with Vikki ages ago, she has changed how I eat and I have lost weight and gained muscle and feel fantastic. Vikki is great at keeping you motivated to meet your goals, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I’m a really fussy eater but that didn’t matter as meals are specifically only what I like. Overall great experience with a dedicated nutritional coach.

Vikki Hill Coaching is absolutely brilliant! She's the most enthusiastic person I've ever had the pleasure of speaking to & you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients health and wellbeing. Her enthusiasm is infectious meaning that her coaching really does motivate you to do your absolute best. Her programme is easy to use and so personalised. The meal plans she creates are absolutely delicious and super easy to follow and create each dish. It made me fall in love with cooking again!
Unfortunately I had to cut my training short due to an accident however Vikki was still there for me every step of the way. I still continue to use her plans, watch her videos and get the occasional advice of her today even though it was a year a go now. If you were on the edge of deciding whether to use this lovely girl for your training - this is your sign. You cannot go wrong!

Where to even start - who knew that eating 1900 calories per day and exercise could help me form healthy habits and a better relationship with food, consistency and myself? I can’t thank Vikki enough for her guidance, knowledge and personality to support me in my journey. I have worked with VH on numerous occasions and each time seen amazing results. VH is the most supportive person and her knowledge on fitness and especially fitness and the female menstrual cycle is above and beyond. She goes out of her way to support you at any time. I would highly recommend her.

If you’re willing to put in the work and change years of bad habits, VH is the trainer for you. VH is so supportive, at the end of the phone/app whenever you need her. The workouts are all tailored to you and your schedule, the meal plans are amazing & get switched every now and then to keep meals interesting. The weekly check ins are key, the more info you put in, the more you get out.!
