Over the years, I have been a member of many gyms around MK.
The Good Gym MK for me has bar far been the best ,due to the fun and inclusive atmosphere the staff and members instill and the fact that I am now at the young age of 54 an absolute Adonis!! 😅🕺🏼(honest)..
The only thing that would make it better is if there was more 🥊fit classes,but I know Rob will be all over that because he is a giver 🥊🤞👍🏻🫡

Never thought I’d be a real “gym lover” but The Good Gym MK is a completely different experience ! From the moment you step through the door you are made to feel so welcome, a place you can workout, feel good, , be supported, meet new people and generally look forward to exercise .

Been at the good gym since September and I must say it’s very welcoming and has a fab sense of community, workouts for all abilities but be aware this gym will make you push hard and sweat loads in o get to your goals (in a fun and nice way) As part of my membership have been having PT with Lucia aka the pocket rocket, she is very knowledgeable and focuses on my personal goals and targets. Lucia always adapts my PT based on what competition I have coming up or have completed she literally is the best, overall the good gym has it all and has a family feel about it with everyone supporting each other no matter what goal.

Been coming here now for over 2 years, great gym, great equipment and great staff, love the fact it’s not a “posy mirror” gym, everyone welcome, staff really push you to be your best, and I’ve been doing the PT PACKAGE for about a year now and it’s great value

I have never stayed in the gym for more than 3 months before but this gym is so different, it's fun it's so addictive, everyone became a family, trainers so supportive and Rob is absolute legend!

Wish I had joined sooner! After coming from an overcrowded commercial gym, this place is exactly what I’ve been looking for—clean, tidy, with friendly staff, plenty of parking, and no cheesy gym music. Rest days are going to be a challenge!

I joined this gym in 2019 , and this place has become my second house , and i have to say staff here are brilliant and friendly and very helpful. Erica is one of them .

Always extremely friendly, funny and attentive staff, excellent all rounded equipment, and very clean facilities.
Brilliant value for money, a real welcoming and community feel for a gym too which is what I wanted.

PT with Yana was excellent, the session was hard but she managed it perfectly, so I was pushed just the right amount getting the most from it. The gym and staff are so friendly and I can't recommend it enough

First time one to one training with Yana, great session. Worked me harder than I wanted but as much as I needed. Good fun and actually looking forward to the next one.

The staff make the atmosphere. After 2 kids it wasn't easy to get back into exercise however the team put me at ease and tailored a plan that would work for me.

Great atmosphere! Really good selection of classes and staff are always happy to help and put you through your paces! plus little one enjoys a hot chocolate after circuits!

Amazing place!

Staff here have top class knowledge and are always friendly with high quality equipment to work with.

It's more than just a gym here, it's a community of like minded people created by owners with a friendly, welcoming ethos. It's like a second home for me.

I honestly never thought I'd be someone who went to the gym, and actually ENJOY it. Joining the Good Gym has been so beneficial to my wellbeing, consistently doing something for myself. Rob and Claire have created such a friendly, welcoming environment where everyone can join in. It's great to turn up to every class, knowing you can have a laugh, feel supported and have a GOOD work out!

I am not a typical gym person, but luckily, this is not a typical gym!
I have been a member for over a year now and love the supportive, friendly atmosphere of the Good Gym. Members support and encouarge each other, the staff are lovely and Suzie the gym dog is just the best!
Rob and Clair are so welcoming and the fact that my son can come and join in too (he's 15) means he is building good habits for life.
A lovely range of classes, lots of equipment and so much fun!

This gym is a gym for people from all walks of life, each on their own individual fitness journey. Claire and Rob recognise that and embrace it as part of the Gym ethos, thus creating a family feel to the place. This means there is a relaxed atmosphere.

This is not a place for attention and validation selfie taking only individuals who think a gym is an extension of their nightlife activities.

This is a gym where your dreams come true, forged by hard work at your own pace guided by the whole team.

Come and use a guest pass, take a class, shout and workout, believe and achieve, sweat and be happy. Life is too short not to and this gym is the place to do it.
