Do Not Use This Facility

Do yourself and your family a favor - DO NOT use this facility. The nursing staff, what little there is, do not care about you or how you are recovering. They ignore you, belittle you, and lie to you. Their signaling devices do not work, and you will rot in your bed before they will come and assist you. They "blame" being short staffed for their inept care. Lacking sufficient staff is a sure sign that working at this facility must be difficult and an indication of a high turn-over rate.

However, the Physical Therapy Department is top-notch and highly recommended. If it weren't for them, I would give this facility zero stars.
