I came in with a pretty extensive list of things I like and didn't like in mattresses. After explaining my needs and wants to Nathaniel, the very first mattress he recommended was the one I ended up purchasing, despite trying many different mattresses. Delivery was simple and the guys who delivered the mattress were great in showing me how to set it up myself (as that was also moving day and the bed frame wasn't ready yet).

A terrific experience. Went out of their way to help at every step of the way. Professional, courteous, and very helpful with selecting the right bed for my 80-year old mother. The delivery drivers went above and beyond moving things around for us and making sure everything was correct.

There's a reason for all the very positive reviews of Urban Mattress on here and elsewhere -- they are an excellent outfit with excellent products and excellent customer service across the board. I actually bought my Highland mattress from them in November 2020, but wanted to hold off on writing a review until I'd lived with it for 6 months. I can now say without hesitation that this is the best mattress that I've ever owned, and I can wholeheartedly recommend that anyone in the market for a new mattress move Urban Mattress right to the top of your list.

You may, as I was, find yourself with a bit of sticker shock at the prices of their products -- but this is definitely a case of you-get-what-you-pay-for. The quality is top notch, and 6 months in, my Highland feels as perfect as it did the first night that I slept on it. You may, as I did, find yourself tempted by far lower priced "mattress in a box" options -- but I did a very deep dive on those and despite lots of good reviews on the surface, it didn't take long to find problems and complaints. What you're paying for with a mattress from Urban Mattress is a superior product that will last you for years.

Don't want to take my word for it? Then just read through the many other glowing reviews here and elsewhere, and then just go visit their showroom and test out a few of their offerings. Most likely you'll have the fortune of working with Nathaniel, who'll walk you through the whole selection process and let you compare mattresses in varying price points. Wonderful company to work with! We have purchased two mattresses from them now, a king and a queen, and love them both. They’ve shown lots of patience during the selection process on both the mattress and box, and were very accommodating on a recent delivery timing issue we requested. We’d definitely go back to Urban Mattress for future purchases!

Had a great shopping experience a couple months ago at the Urban Mattress in Vienna! I aimed to be more methodical than with past mattress shopping. So I visited twice, spent a certain amount of time on each mattress, took notes, and asked lots of questions. The staff never made me feel pressured or hurried, and were also on hand and ready with answers. The store had lots of options of mattress composition types (latex, foam, etc.) I bought a mattress that I love! (I bought the Uptown in case anyone is curious.)

Such a great experience. We love our new mattress and box springs.

The delivery team did a great job carrying our new Urban King Size bed up two flights of stairs! They set up the bed perfectly and the team was very professional. They called before delivery and were on time.

Have slept on the new bed only one night so I will wait for a while before I make a review on the mattress it's self.

I bought a bloom mattress from the Vienna, VA store several years ago. So when we needed an additional mattress I did not hesitate to buy another one from Urban Mattress. We were not, however, living in the area. We had moved to PA. I ordered the new mattress and waited for FEDEX to deliver it. Unfortunately, FEDEX lost our mattress. We tried unsuccessfully to work with FEDEX. Nathaniel kept us informed at all times.
When FEDEX gave up searching for the mattress, Nathaniel brought us a mattress to our new home in PA all the way from Vienna. He personally delivered it and set it up for us. It is not often that you get that type of great customer service. He was awesome. Yet another reason I always recommend Urban Mattress to my family and friends.

Urban Mattress, the owner and the employees are wonderful to deal with. This is the second purchase that we have made from Urban Mattress and the process is so different from a typical mattress store. No pressure, just education and it is not confusing. Very helpful and then fast delivery!

Just had the new mattress delivered today ... haven't laid down on it yet but can't wait ! The delivery guys made quick and easy work of setting it up. The mattress was rolled and compressed which made navigating the stairway much easier. Plus, they hauled away the old mattress which was actually the hardest part of the job. Very pleasant guys and courteous ... they called ahead to say they might be 15-20 minutes behind schedule but actually arrived soon after they had called. They also explained a few things about the product which sales had already discussed with me but just extra refreshing that the delivery guys were knowledgable about the product.

I love Urban Mattress! I have bought 6 mattresses from them (one king, two full, two twin and 1 queen). Their customer service is great as well as delivery and they are the most comfortable mattresses.
