Excellent service
I came to Urban Mattress after getting overwhelmed with looking at mattresses online. The staff in store was very friendly and never pushy - they showed me what I had in mind as well as a few alternatives. It was a positive and pleasant experience, and I love my new mattress.

The store is very accessible in a Strip…
The store is very accessible in a Strip Mall with parking in front of the door. There are many samples of Mattresses to examine. The sales person is very helpful. Part of my order, a low profile box spring, was delivered as expected, by very agreeable, able men and set up in a very short time. I kept my original mattress as it only needed to be lowered so my feet could rest on the floor when sitting on the edge and getting up out of bed. The comfort level is good.
