One of my goals is to produce travel content, so I bought the Bootcamp before a trip abroad to make sure my skills were as good as possible before then. While I still have a loooooong way to go, I learned a lot about basic settings and filming and gained the confidence to experiment with my content. One of my more simple Reels went viral, and I gained 4200 followers as a result (up from 700 pre-trip). I had couple of online media companies reach out along with a few big creators who wanted to republish it on their page (more because what I captured was outlandish, not because of the way I captured it). Without the course, I probably would have just stuck with photos, which Instagram is clearly not prioritizing like Reels right now. I'm super excited to dive into the Academy before my next trip abroad so that I can make the rest of my Reels just as eye-catching in their own way.
