Happy with the entire process

I've only made one order with Video Games Plus so far but the experience was great. Ordering was quick, tracking was easy and the package arrived considerably quicker than their estimate. I was happy with the entire process and would not hesitate to to order from VGP again.

Parcel send to incorrect address

Parcel send to incorrect address - never receive it nor any information given from Seller. Customer Support is a joke!!! Games buying on December, send late January, never receive package. I lost over 3 months.... Really wondering that VGP is still on the market because they should be already shut down!!
Did not recommend buying anything from VGP!!!!

Don’t buy here

Don’t buy here, these people are very scammy. First of all, notice that their official policy is “no refunds”. You may be confused because their website shows a refund and return policy, but whether you’re cancelling the order they never ship, or returning 1 minute later in identical condition, they only give store credit. Which presumably you could use for another order they will not ship.

After arguing with customer support, and threatening to contact my credit card company instead, they offered a refund minus 5% for their “fees” (reputable companies don’t charge until they ship, thus avoiding this type of thing), and just to be done with this I agreed. Instead they refunded only 66% of the original cost (far cry from 95%), with no further responses from them on the matter, so I have to go deal with my credit card company anyway.

Basically if you want no product, no money and a bunch of hassle, give them a try.

Is this a con job?

They claim they received the product damaged and just cancelled our order. Why wouldn't the manufacturer just resend damaged products? I think it sounds like a scam, maybe they are trying to sell for a higher price now that you cannot re-order from anywhere?

This company deserve to go bankrupt sincerely

One of the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Ordered from them on November 3rd 2023, no email for confirming the order was shipped so I send an email on November 8th. Get a reply and then, no update until November 12th.
Send them what was asked and then no reply. Have to send another email to ask for an update, no answer. Have to re-send another email for an update. Answer: the accounting department decided to cancel the order even after doing everything they asked for... Yes, there was an issue with my order but this was something easy to confirm and should've been done in an hour maximum.... took 2 weeks to answer me they cancel the order.

Wasted 2 weeks for no reason and have to ASK THEM for update every time since they never reply back if you don't harass them with emails, yes, you need to harass them because they will never send you an email. If I didn't ask, they would've never tell me and still charge the order.

DO. NOT. BUY. THERE.

Customer service is very bad

Customer service is the worst that I know.They Bearly answer to emails and give useless answers.
Don't buy from them if you don't want to lose your money.

Change of policy with no official announcement

I was told there was no MOQ on their inventory. I had been making purchases from them for 8 months and when I needed them the most suddenly there was an MOQ. There was no announcement on a new minimum MOQ in their official emails to date.

Don’t buy there.

Don’t buy there.
They ship damaged items with smashed boxes, loose discs inside, ripped tears on cellophane.
When you contact them they say they don’t refund or change item because of their policy

They did the right thing

I ordered online but never got the product. They told me to wait 12 days before they would do anything, what I don't know. I'm close to the store and there is no way the product should take more than a couple of days to arrive. But because there was no tracking I had no choice but to wait. After the 12 (business) days I emailed them then followed up with a phone call. They resent the game via express post with tracking at their cost. Got the game a day later. This restored my confidence in VGP and would do business with them again...

Better than most US stores

This is truly a great place for videogame shopping. Well-packed and low-priced items, sometimes with french + english on the packaging. These guys never disappoint.
