4k Video downloader Reviews

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.
I bouth the original 4k Video Downloader, and a "LIFETIME" license.

But then they killed it and started 4k Video Downloader + (with the PLUS sign being the only difference). And I tried my "lifetime" license key and they said no, no, no, this is the PLUS product.

I won't ever give this company/product a DIME if they are going to do things like that. I bought EaseUS Video Downloader instead. We'll see if their owners have more loyalty than the 4k video downloader folks.

A video downloader like this, for free?!
...and a very good one (!), but let it update once a while (!), so it can do what it does so well, when it doesn't.

Please accept my humble apologies for the meltdown. After regaining my senses, I installed your latest update and found that it precisely addressed this situation. Had I done this promptly it would have averted my self-produced drama. 4K people and product are outstanding. I ENTHUSIASTICALLY AND UNRESERVEDLY recommend them to anyone wishing for quick and efficient access, downloading and storage of videos. Your new features are even better than before. Thanks again and please keep up the great work – you guys rock !

They say one payment for lifetime but they lied. they cancel that version and tell you to upgrade to continue using it.
in other words they're scammers.

I paid for a lifetime license and now it doesnt work any more and they want me to buy 4kdl+. This company is a scam ripoff

easy to use and very reliable, works like a breeze.

This company has been very good for several years.

Been using it for about a year now. The best available.

I have been using many of these downloaders, and 4k**** is the truly the best in the market, and there is nothing come close.

I used the free version for years. It was great. I bought the paid version and have had nothing but trouble. It parses for a very long time. After that, the video fails to download. I wish I had my free version back. This is awful. I hate giving 4K a bad review because I loved it for years, but here we are.

Please can you please allow me to download this app

Hi Yassy,

Do not waste your money on this product. Unreliable downloads. Half the time the video downloads fail. You can get better results using the free online versions rather than wasting time with this product.

Great product, easy-to-use, very nice service, what can I say?

although i dont have a subscription i get 10 free downloads a day which is very good and 4k quality ofcourse

I purchased a lifetime subscription which they will no longer honor. This is their pitiful explanation to me as to why they will not honor it,

"In the software industry, a lifetime license refers to the lifetime of the product, not the user. This interpretation is widely accepted and practiced. The lifetime license is valid as long as the product exists and is supported by the company."

So basically, if they make a new product they can screw you over.

I have been a paying member for years. The upgrade fee is quite reasonable even for all of their products. I love using 4k Video downlaoder pro. It is easy, fast, high Quality and I now have the opportunity to try their other products as well.

4k VD should change their name to Zero Stars Downloader, because they are now pointless and useless. Instead of improving their unreliable downloading experience, they decided to restrict the free offering. DO NOT PAY for any premium service they offer you. Look at their other recent feedback, then go and find another service that offers better, unlimited downloading. This company is toast - and is now uninstalled from my equipment. Bye!

I've been using the Pro version for years, and it's even better now with the ability to save a whole playlist.
Being a bit hard of hearing, I like the subtitle option, as well.
