I ordered the Vapormax 2018 Off-White and unfortunately wasn’t satisfied with the first pair I received. However, their customer service was excellent — they sent me a free replacement right away, no complications. Before shipping, they sent me photos of the shoes in advance so I knew exactly what I was getting. Now I’m already ordering the Travis Scott Dunks from them. Great communication, fast resolution, everything top notch. Highly recommend!

I like chan sneaker they send me my order unexpected I like them thank you so much

Customer service was on point and very correct my shipment took 4 weeks to Philadelphia but it came product was flawless I payed the customs insurance and everything went smooth no box but it was highly acceptable with the bag and book exact exact exact replice size weight and quality 1000%✓ recommended

Chan I mess with you still. but the cactus jack marking on the inside of the reverse olive TS i just got is crooked. Kinda disappointed. Only reason I didnt ask for a new pair is because I need them for a wedding in a week. Usually great quality but time minor flaw. Tighten up the details and we gucci.

I ordered a pair of Air Jordan Concords about 3wks ago and they just came in, and they are sweetest! Chan Sneakers NEVER let's me down, they hit it out the park EVERYTIME!!! I'll be ordering the Breds in 2wks to complete my collection.

Received a wrong order, instead of a reflective Yeezy I got non reflective. And the Dior X Jordan has so many flaws to count, super obvious fake. I believe this is not the real Chan I used to order from back in 2018/2019

Excellent quality! I have been a customer since 2022, ordering 2 to 3 pairs a year and never been disappointed.
Recently I reached out to their customer service for some help due to a pair fitting a little too tight and they were quick and professional to address the issue. Best customer experience I've had.

High-quality replica sneakers
Top-tier replica sneakers! I grab something new every year, and they consistently exceed expectations. Reliable service and excellent product quality, every time.

Best replica sneaker in the game! Always getting something every year and they never disappoint. Will always be trust worthy and high product quality

Everything was perfect, to the shipping to the packaging, and most importantly to the shoe. The quality to these are a must and would recommend to everyone if looking for shoes, this is the place!!

Great products good customer service

Chans sneakers are great quality at a great price. If you can tell any difference between these snd retail, you are a better judge than I.

Delivery time to U.S. is outstanding.

Cool flawless pair of the Jordan 1 union storm blues can't wait to order the trav1 Jordan 1 blue and once again cam sooner than expected !!

Best seller ever I’ve been shopping for over 10 years

It’s not an alternative but the best option for sneakers. They’re always available. You don’t have to toy with brands and their limited quantities. No resale prices that are exorbitant. No lines or seeing if you made the raffle. Chanz always comes through and the quality and details are spot-on.

company is doing a great job with understanding the needs of its customers.

Amazing! Package was delivered quicker than estimated and the product is just amazing. I will definitely be buying again for sure.

My order shipped sooner then I expected. The quality is great! Definitely recommend.
