I received an incomplete product
I was sent an incomplete product. When I asked about it, I was offered to return it and receive a new product, to which I agreed. By now, I have been waiting for over a week for the courier to pick up the product to be returned.

Disappointment...
I ordered two identical beds for the children. One bed had cracked panels. The packaging of the second bed was previously opened (probably a product returned by the customer) and some fasteners were missing. The material and finish of the beds was also of very uneven quality.
Since it's a lot of work to put together and the beds are really needed, I didn't start returning them, but obviously I won't dare to order from this site ever again.

Very bad product and missing manual
Recently ordered a tv table in Tallinn, Estonia. Soon after that we went for holiday. After coming back when my husband started to build the table, first of all its missing the manual and second after completion its looks awful. Nothing like in pictures. The doors are so uneven. Absolute rubbish and total waste of money. Won’t recommend at all.

Product picture does not match with real product
I was not satisfied with product I bought. The pictures of the product were taken in an angel that hide one part of it. Returning fee would have been really expensive (~50€).

The fabric is suppose to be waterproof but it's not.
The fabric is suppose to be waterproof. But because the fabric is stitched together from two pieces then it leaks rainwater from the seams.
