I returned the item using my country’s…
I returned the item using my country’s postal service. The company vidaXL started saying that they don’t work with such a company, even though I was never informed about this, and there is no information anywhere on their website about which carriers they cooperate with. I provided all the receipts and the tracking number. They wrote to me that I have to provide other logistics data—what do I even have to do with that? The company just wants to cheat me out of a mere 36 euros. Shame on them.

I recently bought a towel rail from vidaXL and I am happy with my decision! This towel rail has transformed my daily routine, making it much more convenient and enjoyable. The installation process was also easy and its design perfectly complements the interior of my bathroom.

Product doesn’t match the description
The ordered item did not match the description, and its quality was very low in relation to its price. The ordered dog house was not made of engineered wood but rather regular particle board, which a puppy can easily chew through. Additionally, there were problems making a payment via PayPal using a phone. The money was reserved, but the order was not created. I had to wait for the money to be returned to my account.
The processing and delivery itself were fast.
Update: Customer, contacted me immediately and found a solution to keep me satisfied as customer. Good service.

Nice bookshelf, good problem solving service
I like the general quality of product (bookshelf from solid pine wood), nice and fast delivery. Although in construction process it seemed a bit shaky, the shelf turned out to be good and stable. I had problems to put together all details, because some of the holes on one big detail were missing, and others not in places, where it should be.
Fast and easy problem solving - day after my review got an email with partly refund option. Very good service.

Bad comunication
Last week I recived my order, I have bought some dining table with chairs, garde terrace furnitures ar garden table with 10 chairs. I just want to add at the begging that everything ok with dining table and terrace furnitures, but garden table with chairs - it’s not ok with that. With a lot of thinking and nerves I have assembled just an table from that kit, amd that was my worst nightmare. That table has about 50 parts, lots of them are looking used and lots of them is with wrong sizes and holes in it. I tried to assemble chairs too, but it’s impossible to do that with that accuracy of sizes and screw holes. And know the main problem, I’m coming with peace, I just want to get back that table with chairs, but vidaXL with their chatbots freaking me out. They’re answering just once in 24h, and they’re not helping, just offering me 100€, but I hve paid 550€ for it and it’s impossible to assemble everything toghether. They offered me to change some parts, it’s 10 chairs, each has about 30 parts and they’re asking me to count and measure everything around 300parts and let them know, so they can ship new parts, is that ok ? Everything I’m asking for is get my money back for that garden table with chairs, but I’ve no clue how to dismantle that table, because if I’ll try to do that, it’ll break and it’ll be impossible to pack it in box.
