Order a folding shower enclosure

1. Delivery was very late even though they claimed it was next day.

2. The trim that comes with the screen is about 10mm too small. So I had to pay £25 for trim from elsewhere.

3. The door does not sit straight so moves over the bath.

4. Customer service was poor, they send one useless message a day.

DO NOT BUY.

Missing Part and Damaged Part for £219 Cat Tree.

Item arrived super quick which I was impressed with but the top cat bed was missing from the parcel and is a key part of the cat tree. The wooden post has a massive split and not just the usual splits in wood - for £219 I would expect better quality and checking before the box is sent out that all parts are good quality and match the picking list of parts. I bought via ebay so have had to initiate a return but it would have been easier to ask for replacement parts to make it right. I hope they can do this rather than sending it back.

It is been 3 emails and still do not send a legal invoice.

They do not want to change a wrong invoice send it without VAT number.

Only wasting time

I didn’t read any reviews before I purchased from this company! My nest of tables are not what I expected but I actually really like them, the down side every table has a chip in it which is very disappointing especially since they are white so quite noticeable !! My advice is check every piece of the wood before you assemble it, I didn’t so it’s my own fault!! Disappointing though.

It has been over a week I am trying to get some help for a damaged panel but they keep pushing me around and then don't respond.
I tried ordering new but stated unverified

I ordered a product from vidaxl 10 days ago and according to the company they are unable to locate my payment. I have a cleared PayPal payment and credit card charge. I have contacted them every day since day 1, where I was promised they would take no more than 6 days (what?!) to locate it. The payment details were all provided including screenshots of the payment. It is trivial to match this. In response, many emails have gone ignored, their chat agent has abruptly closed the chat on me, I have received no reasonable response. A PayPal dispute was made several days ago which has had zero interaction or response from the company as well. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve had in just attempting to get an order placed online in my life and I’ve been online shopping since the 90s.

Timber is very poor quality, splinting and not of exact sizes
Instructions are really tricky to follow
The final product is not sturdy at all
Screws and bolts are of terrible quality as well
I have built many sheds and they usually come in a few parts, this one is to fully assemble piece by piece (not specified on the site).
I would not recommend anyone to use this company.

it seems this company is one of the Internet traps. I have ordered and paid something which was as per Vida on stock and my order is shown like completed but I have never received anything. There is a service page to file a complaint, but you end with nothing. You cannot reach anybody personally or by phone. Ok with me but at least e-mail should work but it isn’t However, 1,450 AED are gone and I accepted that I was stupid enough to trust this thief´s. Just in the unlikely event that someone from Vida will take notice on this complaint, you should know where this is coming from. My order number is: 0791000005958. Greetings Andreas

I purchased a metal shed from a VidalXL distributor on Ebay last fall but did not get around to putting it up until recently. The kit was missing two short base rail so I cant put it together. I contacted customer service and they said they will not help me, I have even offer to pay a small fee to get these parts, very disappointed.
Update: I was contacted by vidalXL and asked to link this review to the distributor who sold this item on Ebay. For several reason I cant do that. I received the product in sealed boxes with clear marking that it was the product from vidalXL so it is their problem. Any distributor would still need to get parts from them. The cost of these parts would be small. Not sure why they are refusing to take care of such a small issue? Update #2: After several exchanges with Customer Service, vidaXL came through with the parts! It is still a shame that it took so much work to make this happen but, in the end they did make good.

SEE UPDATE-- I purchased a deck box last month. The box arrived with broken top and sides, and mishaped connectors. I sent photos to VidaXL. I was told that I could dispose of the broken item and the replacement would be sent. About 2 weeks later, I was told to return the item even though the shipping box and the broken pieces were thrown away. Then I was told that the item could not be replaced because they didn't have any. When I came back to the site and found that it's still being sold... I wrote customer service and was then told that a replacement had been ordered. A month has gone by now and there's been no replacement. I reached out to inquire for the replacement tracking number and then today I get an email asking me to return the broken item because the warehouse can't ship. Shame on VidaXL for being a disreputable company knowing that this item was purchased as a Christmas gift. I will never purchase anything from this company in the future. Buyers beware!
UPDATE: Well it is now Jan 6th and even after Vida XL emailed to say they would refund the amt. to my credit card....they have NOT. So now it is up to Master Card and the dispute that I have filed...Save the headache and stay away from this company and their lip service!

I found beautiful mirrors at a wholesale price. The value for money is outstanding. Everything was packaged very carefully and nothing was broken. I love the design with the reclaimed woods and mango wood. Would love more options.

Arrived quickly and was exactly as advertised.

My table came in excellent condition and the price was great - i would surely order from them again

I ordered a very tall outdoor tree (over 16 ft), that we spent several hours trying to assemble on a freezing day - only to find that it had a missing center support piece that was vital to its height - without it, the lights make the tree / cone shape. We then had to leave a huge half-assembled tree in the yard, while I spent an entire week trying to get customer service to help me (they would only send one email per day). They ABSOLUTELY DID NOT HELP me. It took them literally days to even tell me that they could not send me the individual support piece I needed to finish assembling my tree, then they offered me a return (where I would have to take down and pack the whole tree), or a few dollars off of my tree for my inconvenience (a giant tree that I literally couldn't even assemble). To solve my problem on my own, I finally just ordered a new tree, took out only the piece I needed, and then returned it. All in all, it took weeks to get my initial tree going, such a frustrating bummer when the rest of my Griswald-esque yard looked so good.
