unrealistic shipping times at point of sale

ordered goods on the 1st june and was time required, the order platform quoted 2-3 days making the delivery to be friday the 5th june, the order was only shipped today and quoted another 3-5 days, this does not include the weekend.
i could of obtained this from a reliable source and had in good time for the job it was needed for.
this seller should be putting reaslistic times in so customers can expect or have the option to shop elsewhere.
Additionally on the 15th June the seller added the response plus the delivery was further delayed which put it at over a week late 😞

Poor delivery service, avoid.

I followed the Yodel courier in real time using the tracking link provided and waited outside my home when he was only a few stops away. Despite this, he never came to my address and then marked the delivery as a failed attempt, claiming he had tried to deliver but missed me.

This is simply untrue.

I have security cameras covering my property, and at no point during the day did the courier attempt delivery.

If you are looking for reliable delivery, I would recommend ordering from an alternative retailer that uses a more dependable courier service.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. The product arrived with no instructions- when emailed them, their response “Google or YouTube it” (we had already done that genius!).

Turns out they had sent us a mix of 2 different sized units! When asking for a return / refund, they had no record of our transaction.

Luckily we know our rights and B & Q (the partner we went through to order it), have in a refunded us.

Difficult to assemble

The three draw chest with full length cupboard was very difficult to put together and even more frustrating to not be able to understand the instructions. It would have been helpful to understand which way the components should be facing.

We ordered the Planter Rusty 3.60…

We ordered the Planter Rusty 3.60 m—don’t do it!!!
The assembly instructions are useless; you have to bend the braces yourself, which is very dangerous, and there are endless tiny screws—you’ll end up with bloody hands!
You can’t hold the tiny screws with gloves on.
It took us a whole day to put it together, and it’s still not finished.
We’ve seen a lot, but this is by far a truly terrible product.

Great product.

Great product no numbers on the wood to make the bed .got a few bits wrong as they look mostly the same .but I do love my new bed .After trying 3 others . But it hot here fast .Good quality wood . So no complaints apart from instructions could of been clearer

Absolute scammers and time wasters

Absolute scammers and time wasters, do not give them a penny. Dealt with through eBay. They sent me a tabletop with woodworm in it which I payed £70 for. After months of back and forth, them sending me snapped replacements, offering me a £12 refund, and having pretended to loose my order details over and over again etc, alongside various other fobbing off techniques, they still owe me £12 and refuse to pay it. Took days to reply and sometimes messaging just goes dead for weeks unless you chase them. In one message they even mentioned B&Q and Robert Dyas in the same message. Absolute joke of a company, has caused so much stress. Shouldn't legally be allowed to operate like this.

The reply below is misleading, a resolution has not already been reached. I have 'contacted the seller' on ebay many times and I'm still £12 and hours of my life down.

Had to return some garden fencing as my…

Had to return some garden fencing as my wife had ordered an alternative product already. I contacted customer service and the process could not have been easier. The agent Alwyn was extremely helpful and was a credit to the company. I will definitely use this company again as 1st class customer service where you can easily speak with a human being is a rarity these days.

Ordered mid April

Ordered mid April, wrong items delivered. Informed them straightaway and since then it has been endless filling out forms, sending in requested codes from my order form, photographs etc etc and I just keep getting fobbed off. BEWARE as I will never ever order from these again

I contacted customer services when having difficulty with a product, they were very supportive, listened and came up with a solution, taking care to ensure a good experience. I'm very impressed with their response. I've purchased a number of products over time and this was my first use of customer services. It's good to know they're there for you with help if needed.

A terrible shop I bought five bollards…

A terrible shop I bought five bollards with rope that was supposed to be in one or three business days. It’s been 12 days. I have not received my items. I do not recommend this site. Stay away from this site. I am going to the bank to try and cancel my transaction.
